Terrible service….

Placed an order for pick up through their website so that way we could use a coupon they gave us. They charged us and when we got there to pick up, the restaurant was fully closed…

So no food, charge on our credit card and the coupon is now expired so we missed out on any future discounts.

We contacted them to rectify the issue and never heard back. We still thought that perhaps they would reverse the pending credit card charge on their end but instead they let the transaction go through. Now we have to contact our credit card company for a refund.

Like I said, terrible service. They shouldn’t allow their website to put through orders if they are closed. And I get that things happen but they didn’t even get back to us to make things right.

I stopped by to grab a pizza .they made up an off menu pizza for me , cause I’m extra . Lovingly called it the spicy meatball . Wild mushroom , add meatballs add jalapeño and it was Aaaamazing! Got a great recommendation for a a nice beer . Come stop by , very high quality of food . Staff was very friendly ! 10/10!!!!

Let me start my review off by saying, the staff at this location are superb. The gentlemen serving my family and I took the time to explain all the item options and ingredients for the pizzas. This was a lifesaver for our celiac daughter. Both the pizza and beer were solid, not the best we’ve had- but the recommendations from the server held up. Would go back, good value for money considering the price, especially during happy hour.

We just left The Mash Mahogany and will never come back. We just went through the most uncomfortable situation I have ever faced in an establishment before. I’m still shocked and clueless as why someone would want to make another person/customer so uncomfortable.

The server came to confront us about something she completely assumed/invented on her mind. We were hanging out with friends, enjoying the night until the waitress came and requested us to stop taking pictures, for privacy. We NEVER took one picture. Of any of us, or of anyone or of anything. I had to show her my gallery to prove it. Even if we were taking pictures, I believe this is a public space and I would be free to do so.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around it. Most uncomfortable situation ever. I will never return to this place again.

Horrible customer service. Do not recommend. They refused to honor the discount advertised on their website and were extremely rude about it. First they told me it needs to be on the website, when I told them I had already signed up that way, they then said I need to do it on some app, saying the name super fast so I couldn’t hear, then when i asked them to spell the name of the app they refused and walked away. Have not had such poor customer service for a long time. Bow tie pie pizza is 2 min walk away and are extremely nice. Please go there instead!!

Pizza and craft beer – both were good! The service could be better, though. When we ordered our pizza, cutlery wasn’t brought, and when I asked, only one set for two people was provided.

The staff seemed inconsistent. Overall, the waitress wasn’t very friendly, and I think better training on attentiveness and consistency could make a big difference

When I went it was really quiet and a wonderful place to have good conversation. During nicer weather they open the patio and it’s beautiful especially when the sun is setting. The food was really good too but perhaps a bit too small portions for the price. I got the mushroom pizza (I’m forgetting the full name) and chicken wings

In the afternoon, my boyfriend and I were going to have something to eat and drink beer. Our friends wanted to have a cup of coffee. We bought a cup at the nearby coffee shop in advance, and then we came to this restaurant. Just after sitting down, the waiter had a very bad attitude and said, we can't take out other drinks. I've never been to this store before. I also bought coffee and brought it here. We came here for consumption. It is outrageous to have such an attitude. It will never come again! I can understand that you can't take out food and drinks, but it's hard for me to accept the bad attitude!

Popped in to grab a few pizzas to go. The team greeted me as I walked in. I asked for chilli flakes, they were on it. In a few minutesI was away my pizza. Both pizzas were good, the kiddos smashed them in record time. They also have a nice in/out patio. Nice little spot to have around the corner.

After an Uber Eats delivery went wrong, John was quick to problem solve our hunger & disappointment by remaking two pizza for pick-up. When many restaurants would tell you to resolve the problem with the delivery service, John went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even throwing in a complimentary 6-pack of craft beer when I arrived to the restaurant to pick up the remakes. This type of service and commitment to the customer wins our business over other local options. We'll be ordering again, thanks John!
