I don’t normally wrote reviews. But I am so disappointed in this place and the service. We were so excited about trying it out. We made a reservation for 6 ppl to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday last night. When we arrived for our 7 pm reservation there was a line. After 15 minutes someone finally came and asked if we had a reservation. I said yes and gave her my name. 5 minutes later she comes back and asks me for my spelling of my name. And then leaves again. Looking around the only table I see empty is a 4 seater. There is no way that 6 of us is going to cram into a 4 top. So when I see the hostess again I ask her if that is where she is planning on seating us. She said yes. After 30 minutes we decided that we are going somewhere else. So disorganized. What was the point of taking reservations if you don’t have the room. I understand having to wait for a few minutes. But over 30 is crazy. Specially when their site states that there is time limits for the tables. But hey it’s ok we ended up going to a different restaurant that was happy to accept our $1000 that we spent and they even brought out a special dessert for our daughter.

This restaurant is even charging GST, even though it was removed for a few months by the government. Terrible service, very slow, with the exception of a red-haired guy who was super polite and kind.
Bad service, late to bring our food (2 hours wait) overrated drinks full of ice and the prices don't match the quality of what they serve. It's a place you visit it once. Very disappointing.

Everything was fine until another waitress came up to us and said "Have you paid the bill? you need to leave this place." What does mean we need to leave this place? Yes,we paid our bills with tips,but we are still drinking cocktails. This is very rude!

We made reservations and were very excited to get dressed up and go out with friends for a fun Christmas celebration. The decorations were amazing but the service was terrible, after waiting 20 minutes to get seated and another 20 to even be acknowledged by someone, only to tell us we could only stay for 60 minutes. 40 minutes in total later we left with no drink and no food. Definitely will never go back!

We had a reservation booked for 8:15pm for 5 people, and 2 of us arrived on time but were seated at our table at 8:23. The server (who was just relaying messages from the manager, so no fault to them) tells us that the rest of our party has until 8:30 to arrive or we would lose our table. However, our friends were running late because of traffic and lack of parking in inglewood on a friday night. We offered to order in advance to respect the 90-minute dining time since it was busy, but the manager refused to let us keep the table and moved us to a 2-person table even though we were a group of 5. No where in the reservation did it say that the whole party must be present to be seated and served. It was frustrating since we have been looking forward to experiencing the Christmas decor and having a good time. We will not be returning.
