There was 11 of us in our family group for high tea. We had sparkling apple juice various teas and eggnog. There was so much food that we ended up having to take some home which I'm not complaining about. The decor was beautiful we had our own private dining room for our group. All of the food was amazing and so was the wait staff they did a great job. I brought us all to high tea as a Christmas gift to my family and I don't regret my purchase at all we had an amazing time we will definitely be booking in the future💯❣️

I was surprised to see that tea was not include in the price of the 'Tea'. I would have thought that was a given. Unless I didn't read this when I booked, I wish it would have been brought to my attention.

Came for a birthday high-tea experience with friends who had had many such in England. They loved the overall experience — the food, the tea, the Christmas decorations; everything. A very enjoyable meal.

The Halloween tea was excellent! The food and its presentation was a 10 out of 10. Only disappointment was the long line for the tea leaf reading. A couple of us had to leave before making it to the reading, due to the extreme wait time.

I've never been to a tea where sandwiches weren't served. Too many sweets and no sandwiches

The afternoon tea used coffee cups! The pots are also designed for coffee but it was clever to use to strain tea. However, our pots were dusty, causing us to wonder about cleanliness. We asked for jam for our scones and got marmalade as that's all they had. We waited an hour for the tea leaf and tarot card reading. It was worth the wait.

The Halloween Tea had an amazing ambience, and the decorations were beautiful. The desserts on the tea tray were all excellent. However, the savory items looked like they sat out too long and did not impress. The roast beef sandwich was dry and flavorless. The only item that was great was the quiche. Our service was amazing. We did not get to participate in the tea-leaf reading as the line was more than an hour long. I think in the future it would be best to give everyone who wishes to have a reading a number, and when their number is called they go to have their tea leaves read. With some better planning and time organization, everyone could be seen.

We went here for Valentine's Day because all the other restaurants were full. The food wasn't that great but the service was really good. We loved our server and the ambiance and it was in a beautiful place. I loved the antique stuff in the basement where the washrooms are.

The food was quality, as to be expected. Some of the touches were from packages but nice nonetheless. The lobster bisque was lobster tomato bisque and frankly I could not differentiate from a plain, scratch-made tomato soup. The salmon was well managed for Winter in Canada. The touch of sauces with the beef was more like a garnish and could have been more generous. And, with defined tips, the service was sparse. We ran out of our drinks and water. Still, the servers were bustling and did respond when we tried to catch their attention. The setting was nice enough. LED bulbs in old fixtures looked out of place and were bare and glaring from just above our heads. A shade could have softened those nicely. The Lougheed house lists parking for 20 something cars; I only found a 6 car surface lot so must have missed something. The building was warm against the bitter cold. I don't think I would go there again, but I would consider the caterer, depending on the price value.

The meal we experienced was good. Could have enjoyed it a little better if we had some heat where we were seated. Drafty and cold. Service was just ok. Ordered a glass of wine each when our entree arrived and didn't get it till we were through eating. All in all , with a twenty percent gratuity expected, I would rate the overall experience as a six out of ten.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I have had in years. I actually felt bad for the servers, they were clearly untrained. They had no idea what they were doing. Failed to clear the plates off before they put the new course down, we sat for at least 15 minutes before anybody even acknowledge that we were there. i could go on and on about the service but suffice to say well. They were pleasant. They were unskilled and we were waiting on all courses and we're not acknowledged as even being there most of the time. In addition, the main course tenderloin steak was completely tasteless, and had the texture of mush. This was not high quality food. To top it off, the restaurant automatically put a 20% service tip on the bill which was very insulting for a table of two and for the amount of service that we did not receive. In short, this dinner was a complete fail, and I would not recommend this catering pop-up to anyone.

Bar service was very slow initially. Otherwise this was a good experience, knowing that this was a "Pop-Up" event.

Lougheed House was a lovely spot for a Valentine's dinner and we couldn't have been more pleased with it. The food was not super adventurous, but the choices all sounded great and our dishes were delicious.

Outstanding interaction with the players in our murder mystery dinner evening. Excellent ambience, live-it environment , fun, interactive and as alway, food is love!
