I’ve only been here a few times, but every visit has been great. The service is always friendly and attentive, and while I haven’t had a chance to try the food yet, everything I’ve seen coming out of the kitchen looks pretty good. The place has a great vibe with fun games on the electronic dart boards and pool tables to keep things lively. The staff—especially the girls working the floor—have done an excellent job from what I’ve seen. I’ll definitely be coming back, and next time I’m diving into the food menu!

Wait staff made this first visit completely unpalatable. Showed up for a beer while waiting for my fiancée Had to order from the bar. Had my tab switched twice. Had my tab mixed w a group of strangers. Rude. Dismissive. Completely unprofessional. Jen (rockabilly red brunette) seem less than pleased to serve and the other tall skinny brunette basically refused her name and service after a “may I” The rest of the patrons guests were chill. Seemed like a decent place. Good beer good vibe but shit tastic service

If I could give zero stars, I would. We were completely ignored not a single person came to our table the entire time. When I went to the bar to try to order, I was told I couldn’t stand there. Maybe if anyone had bothered to serve us, that wouldn’t have been necessary. It’s honestly unbelievable how little attention or basic service we received. I will not be back ever. LOL

Courtney is absolutely amazing! Every time we come to The Royal in Bankview, she makes the experience special. She’s friendly, attentive, and remembers little details about our preferences, which makes us feel genuinely welcomed. Drinks and food always come out quickly and perfectly, and her upbeat, professional attitude creates such a great atmosphere.
