great prices and great portions.
Great samosas as always !!
What started as excitement and a desire to pig out, turned into an anxious game of hoping and praying. I ordered the mini mixer pack with beef, chicken and spinach and feta. After eating the first 7, I hadn’t gotten a spinach one yet. I felt like the luckiest guy in the world that 4 of my last 5 would be my favourite kind. But one by one as I worked towards completion, the spinach and feta never came. Devastating would be an understatement. The worst part is my friend who ordered the exact same thing, had 5 spinach with a 13th samosa for free. This felt very personal. I’m not sure if I will be able to go back after the high to low, and the insult I felt.
The ones I ate were good, but the disappointment of the feta fail will be hard to forget.

I'm from Toronto and expected the samosas to be as good here as the samosa places there, not so. The fillings are all mushy. There is absolutely no seasoning. Where is the mustard seed, the fenugreek, the chili, the salt, the cumin? And why was the filling in the beef samosa pink????

This was, without question, the most appalling customer service experience I have ever encountered. After placing my order, I sent my sister to pick it up with the pickup number clearly in hand. This number exists for one reason—to make the process quick and seamless. Instead, the staff member at the counter flat-out refused for a full ten minutes to even glance at it. Ten minutes of unnecessary delay, dismissiveness, and complete disregard for a paying customer.
What is the point of assigning a pickup number if your staff blatantly ignore it? This wasn’t a simple oversight—this was willful incompetence. The only reason we even walked away with our order was because my sister told the staff that I had already called earlier and specifically requested the order be delayed by ten minutes. Only then did they finally hand it over, as if they were doing us some kind of favor.
This was not just poor service—it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and utterly unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the food itself was nothing to brag about—the samosa wasn’t even good. After such an infuriating and disappointing experience, My sister left not only frustrated. I WOULD NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS MY MONEY AGAIN. NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!
