The food is always amazing. However the service on Saturday baffled me. As much as I understand the girl at the front was alone, she prioritized the phone calls way too much. She would stop talking to costumers to answer 2-3 phone calls at a time. I placed an order for 5pm, and it wasn’t ready, came out shortly after. I didn’t expect her to give it to me immediately however when she got off the phone for the 4th time I cut her off and had to ask for my food. Not a sorry, not anything. There needs to be a reconsideration on staffing and not leaving people to fend for themselves. Really didn’t look good for the company. Mind you there was 10 of us waiting.

Woman at the counter was extremely kind in showing me how to order. I keep hearing about this place but never had a chance to try till today! Oh my goodness the spice level is perfect and the filling was delicious paired with the chutney? First time having that too. This box was only $9!!

I will definitely be coming back.

We have been purchasing Beef and Vegetables samosa from the NE location for many years now. Samosas are always delicious especially the beef ones. Recently however, we have noticed that the beef samosas are having more vegetables than beef. I know beef is now more expensive but please return to making the beef ones as you used to or advertise them as beef and potatoes samosas..

Samosa factory has always been one of our favorites. We drive from Edmonton to pick up frozen samosas for all our events and for family and friends. I can bet that we've spent no less than 5k at Samosa Factory in the last couple years. This last time that we picked up a large frozen samosa order though, every single 12 pack bag I got only had 11 samosas in there. We picked them up back in October. They were just put in the freezer and were made today so it's the first time we noticed. I've never actually counted the number of samosas in each bag in the past so to be honest, we could have been getting screwed over this whole time and we would not have known. It was only noticed this time as it was being made for a fundraiser so we had up keep a track of exactly how many we had. There is no way that this was an honest mistake, not if every single one of our bags are missing a samosas in each one of them. This is the first time that we bought from this location though, so is this location the problem?! Either way, it's extremely disappointing and definitely makes me lose trust in this company.

Bite samosas are very economical and tasty. Kids favorite!

There service is very stupid give them a call to order just put me hold even after said no because i wanted to place my order so when i said i would like to place my she said I don’t care so i think if you don’t care then close your business and go home stop wasting people’s time.
