We came here for brunch on Monday and was really disappointed. The menu was already overpriced for what you actually get, and to make it worse, they were out of the dish I ordered. I had to change my order last minute, and what I ended up with was just average at best — definitely not worth the cost. The portions were small, and nothing really stood out as memorable. For the price point, I expected better quality and availability. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back for brunch here.

Thank you Melanie!! After a trip to the harry Hays building we were hungry and tired and the Marriot saved us. We had flat bread and a buttermilk chicken sandwich with a glass of wine within 45 min. The food was great. But the side salad was incredible! Blueberries, squash, pepitas, parm, cashews, strawberries in a classic vinaigrette on mixed geeens. Our server was fabulous. Don’t forget this place tucked into a Calgary classic hotel it is warm and welcoming.

Came for breakfast. Food was quite good. Service was good. Prices on the online Google menu are dramatically different than the actual prices. Perhaps it could use an update.

Went here on a Friday night on a long weekend with friends and I had a great time here. The food and drinks were good, the server was wonderful and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. It wasn't packed so not too noisey. They continued to serve water and be welcoming even after we were done food and drinks. So we stayed and chatted for a while. I thought the water service was generous of them.. I'll be going back with friends. Thanks Shoe and Canoe peeps for helping make a wonderful night out.

Had a nice early dinner before heading to a candlelight music concert. Did not realize the restaurant is the Delta's hotel restaurant. The decor was warming as we set next to the fireplace. Service was great and as it was happy hour you could have the house wine for $9 for 9 oz or $6 for 6 oz ~ no real decision there! We started with the wings, which were warm and delicious with the sweet chilie sauce and blue cheese ranch. Ordered the crispy tofu and asparagus bowl and my husband had the braised short beef. His portion was small for the price, while my bowl was more than I could eat. I would go back for the happy hour items for sure.

Lovely waitress. She was the only server and was very pleasant and capable even though you could tell she was stressed

Love the shoe and canoe! We work nearby so this is a nice place to stop in for breakfast, lunch or an evening bite. We had a super positive experience with Shelby as our server yesterday. She was upbeat and fun! Loved her energy! Keep it up Shelby. Another server that we really like is Cheryl. We've had Cheryl as our server at least a couple of times in the past. Cheryl is pleasant, attentive and provides fast service when on a time crunch.

Came here during lunch and appreciated the quick service. Got the Brisket Cheese Steak burger with a side of kettle chips. The place is nice and spacious but the food is mediocre. They do have a special $15 meal during the lunch as well.

A decent restaurant attached to a hotel, with good food and service. Not terribly exciting but does the trick if you don't want to walk far or meet up with some friends. For additional 15mins walking or hired car can be at more dynamic place with greater range and depth.

We were looking for a quiet evening dinner after a long day however the playoff hockey game was on so it was very loud and not relaxing.

The appetizers, sandwiches, and main menu items are limited but all are well-made. The drink choices are varied and are good. There are TVs for sporting events.
