It was just ok. I’ve driven by this restaurant so many times and I was under the impression it was a bit fancier. It’s just a basic hotel restaurant and the food was alright. The Cesar salad on the side barely had any dressing or flavour and the burger itself was nothing special. They also used halved cherry tomatoes instead of a tomato slice and I don’t love that. It’s also a Pepsi restaurant and the non alcoholic drink options felt limited.
From the moment we stepped into Shoe & Canoe the other day, we knew we were in for a treat, but it was our server, Cheryl, who truly elevated our experience to an extraordinary level. Her warmth and enthusiasm were palpable, instantly making us feel welcome and valued.

Even though I wasn't a guest at the Delta Hotel downtown, I decided to check out The Shoe and Canoe Public House, and I was so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The service was impressively fast – no long waits for anything! And the food?
