The Taste Factory (Take Out-Dine in-Catering)

Tried their Beef Nihari with plain naan and it was really good. Quantity is good too, easily 2 people can charge 1 serving. It’s a 24hrs restaurant which is a plus.

If you guys dont have white sauce pasta, then atleast have the courtesy to cancel the order instead of replacing that with something that customer doesn't prefer to eat. Besides the red sauce pasta was stale and had a weird taste to it. Never ordering again

Went yesterday and they had run out of the beef sheesh kebab and got chicken kebabs instead. Very tasty although they give you raita and my partner is lactose intolerant and could
Not eat the raita. Wish they could have another chutney ! None the less great kebabs and would definately go back

The Taste Factory is an excellent spot for authentic flavors. I tried the beef nihari and beef paya, both were rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The milk tea was also amazing and balanced the meal really well. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting if you’re craving real desi comfort food.

Never willing to take accountability just got food from here the rice were full of bones and the platter was only given with 3 small seekh kabobs I paid 24 for this and the owner tall dude wouldn't compensate for his slack

Every time it's like this, this was my last straw I'm never coming here

If you're reading this and went through the same issue you can legally dispute it with your bank for lack of customer service and the lack of items and poor quality

We had a wonderful experience at The Taste Factory! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor. The service was just as impressive, with staff who were both friendly and professional, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for great food and warm hospitality!

We were in Calgary for a day and had to leave early and this was an awesome place because it is open 24 hours which was very convenient for us. Food looks amazing and prices are reasonable.

I waited over an hour just to be served, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all about the customers. The service was beyond unacceptable — no updates, no apologies, nothing. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging I was there. Absolutely terrible customer service, and I won’t be coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing dinner at The Taste Factory with friends, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxed evening together. The food was outstanding — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offered a great variety, and everyone at the table found something they loved. Portions were generous, and the flavors truly stood out. The service was excellent as well. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
