The Taste Factory (Take Out-Dine in-Catering)

Very disappointed very very low quality food which I personally ordered butter chicken, chicken is totally raw not cooked which service is completely unprofessional, these guys are not belongs to food industry

Went first time there for a pick up!
The owner very polite and considerate..
Their Jalabli is the best I would say in NE area for the sweets
And he offered to taste one of the sweet coconut most thing.. don't know the name..
But it was delicious..

The Staff was very untrained and rude. Especially the small one couldn’t even stay there while we were giving her the order. Owner should fire her

Ordered food yesterday and a finger nail came out of it.

It was how delivered to me! Pathetic! Ruined my breakfast!

Halwa puri breakfast awesome; paratha yummy; beef nihari needs some improvement; good and friendly service
Overall we enjoyed

No taste in Afghani pilau- just plain rice (some of it with chunks of rice) sprinkled with raisins/carrots (unlike the pics on the website) + boti chicken salty(not much taste- I had asked if it was white/dark meat and was told it's dark but got white meat.
Karahi Goat had tons of oil floating on top. Garlic naan very soft/chewy- also not tasty.
Very disappointed in food? but the staff were very friendly/helpful?

Delicious food and breakfast. We stayed 3 days in Calgary and had breakfast and dinner at Taste factory everyday. Their shami platter with 2 shami kabobs 1 paratha and 1 omelette was so delicious. Their (namak para) are fresh and tasty.

This business used to be under sifferenr Business Management, but since this Managwmwnr took over, they did impressive positive changes, they are very professional food is fresh and quality is really amazing.
Good customer service they recommend different food for taste and order.
Atmosphere is cool, neat n clean
I will definitely recommend all my friends and fellows. You should visit and experience the taste of quality food.
Limited parking handicap parking handicap access no public washrooms dine in ans takw our facilities.

Vegetarian options: They have different vegetarian options like samosa, chat and much more.

Parking: Limited parking space as they have other business too so I will recommend order on phone snd pick your order if you are not planning to dine in.

Kid-friendliness: Lot of kids friendly menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and enough space to move Wheelchair inside.

Order was cancelled when arrived to store to pick up without any notification.
Staff or restaurant never bothered to send me any message or notification in advance.

When reached the restaurant to pick up the order, then I was told some items not available..if.some items not available why did you take the order and said the order is ready ? This way no need to drive all the way and find out later some items not available

I recently visited The Taste Factory in Calgary during a trip from Ontario, and I was blown away by the experience. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing!
