The Taste Factory (Take Out-Dine in-Catering)

I ordered a thali from here recently. Unfortunately, the barfi tasted very old and stale, and I also found a hair in it. This was very disappointing and concerning for hygiene. I hope the restaurant improves their food quality and cleanliness.

Very bad experience i ordered a veg-platter and samosas around 2-3am yesterday the food was not cooked properly even platter comes with naan they didn’t give me any naan and no sauce with samosas and alao no utensils to eat rice

I stopped by this restaurant late at night and it was honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered mutton karahi, butter chicken, chicken karahi, and yakhni pulao and trust me every single dish was bursting with flavor and cooked perfectly. You could taste the care in every bite. The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly cooked.
They also have a sweet section, and we couldn’t leave without trying it. The desserts paired perfectly with hot chai, and my kid absolutely loved the milkshake. It felt like a complete meal from start to finish.
A big shoutout to the owner — such a humble, kind, and welcoming person. He checked on us, helped with recommendations, and made us feel like guests, not customers.
And the best part? They’re open 24/7! We went close to midnight and the place was still lively, which says a lot. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and lovely people behind it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort food at any hour.

Extremely disappointed with my order of Mutton Paya Curry. The curry was full of oil, had no flavor, and the mutton was clearly stale. When I complained, instead of admitting the mistake, the staff kept insisting it was fresh and kept giving excuses. Very frustrating experience — will not be ordering from here again.

Very poor customer service. I placed an online order and canceled it within 1 minute, but the restaurant refused to give a refund. No food was prepared or delivered, yet they still kept the money. Completely unfair and disappointing experience. I will not order again.

Food is yummy but idk what they've been doing lately. I ordered chicken one day it was full of oil and paneer butter masala the other day I could hardly see any pieces.

The worst resturant i have ever seen in the calgary I frequently order from this resturant but i have never got a good taste today i ordered the biryani and it was awful the chicken smells the raita its just stinks just an awful biryani

Taste factory just made me change my review about them I Ordered mutton karahi and it was the worst decision ever I made, even i requested the guy on call to make it nice but it ended up with so much disappointment, just 2 pieces of mutton stew rest bones were there 😡 even the stew was hard not cooked properly, karahi taste was not authentic at all but sweet, wasted money, will not visit them again ever, not recommended at all

Very disappointing experience. Came at 1 AM and after 2 hours we are still waiting. No clear communication from staff. Late-night customers deserve better service. Definitely not coming back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place is open late night. My sister and I came at 1:00am to order 2 Shami Burgers. 4 Parathas. 1 Falooda. 1 Kashmiri Chai and 1 Coke. I told her I had work so if it was going to take a while then we won’t order. The lady at the front said it’ll be 30 minutes. However after repeatedly asking them when the food will be ready. They brought out 2 Burgers and 4 Parathas with 1 Kashmiri Tea at 2:06am. Since I am now running late to work, we just left the Falooda and didn’t even bother with the drink. Honestly this was the absolute worst wait that I have experienced at any establishment and it was not busy at the time we came in. It would have been better if she was honest about the wait time and I would have just not ordered.
