Sophia was our server today for my friends 30th birthday. Honestly, could not have picked a better spot to start our day. Everything was reasonable priced, food was delicious, drinks were amazing and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. We had the platter and the purple unicorns for anyone wanting to know!

I requested fish and chips as my meal choice. They made it quickly. I liked the dish. The sauce was so good and the coleslaw was fresh, not from the bag. I liked chips too. I went there on Sunday and the restaurant wasn't crowded. The waitress gave just only one menu for the 2 of us. And I was thinking that I needed the menu too.

Enjoyed my visit to The Unicorn, and it truly lives up to its reputation. The staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming—making you feel at home from the moment you sit down. Drinks are well-curated, especially Canadian beers, scotch, cocktails, and their own Twisted Horn ale. Portions are generous, prices reasonable, and service tends to be prompt. A vibrant, inclusive pub with a sense of character—perfect for a casual drink.

We went to the basement which had live music for free.. the service and food was good. Love this place. Friendly and welcoming. We had some canned beers and the chicken Antojintos. It was flavourful and really enjoyed it with the dipping sauce.
Literally had a person call me the N word while i was leaving in front of a server and they acted as if i was the issue… joke of a place

Went with a group of 10 after work on wing day and the service provided by Sheena was less than stellar. Automatically assumed we would have one big bill even though she was told separate. Couldn’t handle the group at all and it wasn’t busy at all. Couldn’t figure out our bills took over 45 minutes for her to sort it out. One person didn’t get their wings and it was an argument because she kept saying they came to the table when they didn’t. She kept saying the delay is because it was a new system and she didn’t understand. The manager got involved and said she was new and told us to make sure we tell them separate bills… so I’m guessing she said we didn’t tell her separate will. No accountablity at all, didn’t get what ordered, arguments and all for an automatic tip of 20% for the worst service we have ever experienced. Going by yourself and ordering one thing it would be alright. Other than that probably best to check out another establishment.
