Normally service is decent but last night the bartender refused to acknowledge me or my friends existence TWICE. The first time we decided to leave, but got influenced by another patron to come back downstairs and assured us that they would serve us. The bartender seemed single us out and not serve us, still not sure why. Definitely wont return.

I called the Manager today with the intent to share that I had concerns about one of their employees. An individual was loading food/drinks through the back entrance and was blocking traffic. This individual was very reactive and verbally abusive when asked to move the vehicle, a complete over reaction and scary to witness. I thought the manager should know so they could check in with the individual and the response was unprofessional and perhaps emblematic of a toxic culture that causes employee stress and unhealthy, emotionally reactive responses to simple acts.

Went for a work christmas party and it was awesome. But when I went down to leave it was filled with a rather interesting group of people. But it was a good venue and I had fun. I'd go back.
