Had a great experience here on a Saturday during stampede! Morgan, our server was very attentive and knew exactly what we needed before we needed it. She was funny and a very attentive server. We will be back time and time again!

This has been my ‘half way house’ where I often stop for drink and sustenance, when I do my bike ride on the bike paths around the SW quadrant of the city. Of late, Anya has been my server and has been a very congenial host.

When we went last week we had to wait which is fine. After 40 minutes we got a table and put our order in right away. It was wing night and I had been craving the wings. The bf had ordered nachos with the wings and the nachos were great but the wings weren’t hot and perfect like they normally are. We didn’t complain about it because all servers were busy which is understandable during a wing night. We asked for more sour cream and salsa but never received it, probably because it was so busy. When we asked for the bill is when the server said something about it. These guys are normally bang on but shit happens.
The regular staff bust their asses off and and we so so appreciate it.
We tried 403 Local and it was awful.
We also tried Dixons which was also awful.
The Winking Owl ladies know our regular order and even when we are exhausted and forget to order certain things, ask if we would like them.
Hats off to these ladies and the rest of the staff!!
