Hi! This was my first time trying your SUB. To be honest, I felt a little bit disappointed because my friends had told me before that your sandwiches were always packed with lots of meat and veggies. But this time, the portion didn’t really go beyond my expectation. I guess it might be because of cost control, which I totally understand. In today’s economy, the value is still okay, but it didn’t quite exceed the impression I already had of Subway.
Secondly, just my personal suggestion: maybe you could install a magnetic mosquito screen for the kitchen door—I saw some on Temu. That would help keep flies out. And in the front area, a mosquito-repellent lamp might also help.
Lastly, the girl at the counter who took my order had such a sweet smile. But unfortunately, she said it was her last day working there. Honestly, one of the four stars this time is for her.
I really hope you keep going and do even better!

Okay if you're just looking for an ordinary Vietnamese sub (Banh Mi). It's nothing extraordinary and maybe comparable to something you could get an Asian grocery screen.
This used to be my favourite place to get a Banh Mi, but unfortunately it is not anymore!
They have a few more options for the subs, but the flavour overall is definitely lacking and so are the ingredients in the sub itself. We have tried it a couple of times since they have changed owners, but it's just not the same!
We will be looking for a new favourite place!
This food is so yummy! Especially the Sate beef! Would highly recommend! 🤩

Excellent subs. Simple, tasty and spicy. If you dont like spicy, tell them, because it can get hot pretty quick. Otherwise, you will want more!

Careful of the parking lot in front of it, it’s apparently private parking only for the dim sum shop next door. There’s a parking lot down the block and street parking.
There’s food came out really fast, even if there’s a line it’ll go by really quick.
Cash only and Togo.
The bahnmi are really tasty though! The bread isn’t hard and is very soft.
Got the sate beef, it seems to be the most popular one.

Been coming here for almost 20 years and it has been my go to spot for banh mi subs since I work and live in the area. Unfortunately, my sub today was subpar and seems like it has gotten progressively worse since the change in ownership. They really scaled down the amount of fillings; both vegetables and meat (especially the meat).
Food is still pretty good after the change to new ownership, but I think the ordering situation is chaotic. The individual at the cash took far too many orders at one time that at one point there were 6 or more people crammed into the tiny space waiting for their sandwich to be made. Admittedly this was during the lunch rush and I understand the desire to get orders in and going as soon as possible, but people were bumping into each other and confused as to whos order had popped out of the oven and was ready to load up... Once the operational flow is figured out, I'm sure things will be a lot more comfortable.
Order: Super chicken and beef, assorted
They offer some solid Vietnamese subs with friendly service that makes the visit pleasant. The sandwiches are generously filled and definitely worth the money, offering good value. While it’s not the best banh mi I’ve ever had, it’s still a tasty option if you’re nearby. I wouldn’t go out of my way or wait in a long line for it, but overall, it’s a good, average sandwich spot.

Went last Friday and ordered a chicken sate and 3 super subs. So disappointed. The chicken sate had just a think layer of chicken. And the super subs also contained very little
Meat. Had been going to this place for years and sadly will
Probably go to the one on 17 ave. Very sad
You would think the new owners would look at the reviews and do something about it. Oh well.
Grabbed two subs today. First time visiting Thi Thi under new ownership. The subs are definitely not as good as before. The bread doesn’t taste as fresh - perhaps they are not baked daily anymore. The meat portions are way smaller - they now weigh the meat for every sub. Overall the taste is still good but just not as good as when the original owners operated it.
Still a good option when in Chinatown.
Best bahn mi in the city
This used to be good but things have changed drastically. Meat portions are small and pork has gone from sliced pork to ground pork.
Not good at all.
Time to find a better option.
Best sub in town, the price to taste and size is totally worth it, try it and thank me later
