Classic Vietnamese sub place in Chinatown. I had sate beef and I enjoyed it a lot!
There is usually long line up, this time I visited on Sat, around noon and I waited like 15min, which was not bad at all for this place.
It is priced very reasonably, sub is big and tasty.
Vegetarian options: You could order any subs and ask for no meat
Dietary restrictions: You can ask no butter/mayo for non-dairy
Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly, it is take out only place
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but not enough space inside, may need assistance from the store clerks

The is the first place I have Bahn Mi, so it has loads of nostalgia. Great subs, and a must try if you are down in Chinatown or along the river. They always have a line for a reason.

Best viet subs in town. Been coming here for decades, and even with the new ownership this past year, the recipe/food has not changed, still the best subs in Calgary IMO. Only negative is that it can get busy during weekdays at lunch, but it's still worth it.

Came in for a sub on Friday and it was amazing!! I think the new owners are doing an awesome job and quality and experience have not slipped - still the best viet sub on earth in my opinion!!!

Food is still pretty good with new owners. My issue is with the staff. Used to be greeted with a smile by the old owner each and every time, but last time I came in about an hour before closing time the gal seemed as though I was a nuisance. Missing the old cheery owner and family.
This might actually be the best Banh Mi in Canada. Not an exaggeration. Just very good food.

First time here since the new ownership, subs are just as good as before. Same quantity and quality. Service is a tad bit slow and the queuing system for ordering is a mess, they take too many orders and cram everyone in the store. Im sure they’ll get it sorted out in time and improve the speed.
