Every time is not good experience when order they said 20 minutes but when you go to pickup then just ask what is your number after that I just waiting for no body told me how much time more there are not good services
I'm advised to owner please fixed it when you take order tell them it's take 30 to 40 minutes not 20 minutes

The food here is always excellent and never disappoints. However, the employees need better customer service manners. During my visit, there was no greeting, and the staff member seemed unwilling or uncomfortable speaking. Proper training in basic courtesy would really improve the overall experience. The only reason the reviews are going down is because of the employees’ behavior. The food is good, but the staff’s attitude ruins the experience.

The food itself is good, no complain regarding that. but the service needs serious improvement. I placed a catering order at the counter, was given a pickup time and an order number. When I arrived right on time, I was told there was no catering order at all. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially for a catering order that requires planning.

Totally satisfied! Great quality and quantity — fresh and crispy. The green and red sauces especially enhance the flavor. Highly recommended for pakora lovers!

Today, we placed an order for pickup, and while the food was good, we were disappointed with the customer service. The staff member we interacted with was quite rude and did not communicate respectfully. Overall, the food quality is commendable, but the behavior of the staff need improvement.

Their services getting worse day by day.. the person picked up the call said we are very busy, so tea might be tasteless.. admitting himself.. better to go to chai bar, atleast it's flavourful n fresh..

I personally love their bread pakoras and curry rice
