Food was good. Unprofessional staff. She took the order in very rude way. The way she was looking at us like she doesn't wanna serve food. It's seems like we are asking free food from her.
We ordered half hot fish and half gobhi pakoda.

Ordering food from these for almost a year now. Never got a chance to complain. I would recommend their food. Keep up the good work ladies. 1 order a month was confirmed and will stay confirmed.1/2lb gobi,1/2lb veggie,1/2lb paneer,1/2lb bread & 1lb chicken. ✌️

Terrible customer service at the reception. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unprofessional. We had a reservation but were ignored and treated poorly. Very disappointing first impression—definitely won’t be coming back

Very unprofessional service. I ordered in morning to pickup the order at 5:30 pm . But after 6:30 pm lady told me wait for 10 minutes more.. not recommended

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The delay was frustrating and really affected my overall experience. I hope they can improve their service.

I recently visited this restaurant to pick up my order, and while the food was great, the service was a complete letdown. I arrived at 9:47 PM, and the staff had music blaring at an incredibly loud volume. When I tried to provide my order number, they couldn’t hear me over the noise, which was frustrating. Not only was there no greeting when I walked in, but the entire vibe made me feel like I was an inconvenience for even being there. It’s disappointing because the food is fantastic, but the lack of attention to customer experience and basic courtesy really ruined the visit. I hope they can address these issues, as the food deserves better.

0/5 for service.The food was great, but the customer service is so so poor. It is my first experience ever that someone was so rude to me . They dont have manners how to treat customers. They treat customers like that we are getting food for free. I dont know what kind of attitude receptionist is having . Have some manners , be polite to the customers.
