Samosas are great! My kids love them and easy to heat as they come precooked. I found lady to be a bit rude. Bill was $48 and min to use machine was $50. Bought their chapatis but they went green in 5 days and had to throw. All other foods kinda ok

Their Samosa wraps are terrible every package I open I have to waste some because there's dirt and cracks, the worst is when I found human hair inside the wraps.Please get some quality control Please I really don't like wasting wraps.Edit: I'm very happy that you had replied to my review so fast I'm not looking for a refund or anything. I do really appreciate your product and your company, my boss is very pleased with your product too. My only concern is the black spots that look like dirt and the hair I had found. I'm sure you guys are doing your best so just keep it up.

My family only eats Serennas rotis, which are the best! Fresh and no sour after taste, like most rotis that come from the Far East. Freshly made by our neighbor country, Canada up north!I get a case almost every six months/year when I go to Calgary or ask family/friends to bring it, when they visit me in Southern California. Unfortunately, not available here yet.Recently discovered that Smart FoodService Warehouse grocery stores in the Sacramento, CA area, carry Serennas Halal rotis, veggie pakoras and samosas.Thank you for this great product, as reminds me of my late mother's freshly cooked rotis!!

A roti when heated even in a toaster oven, rises and comes out fresh! This is what I call an awesome Roti. The tamarind and hot sauces are my fav. I only use Thumbs up Samosa wrappers. My friends and I have used the rib marinade and it is to die for! I love most of their products ...The best thing is that freezing these products works really well. However, I would caution that roties should not be frozen fir more than 6 months as I found out to my dismayI have always received excellent service from the staff, have returned a product with no hassles —-except the reason why...I live in BC and always make it a point to stock up when I visit Calgary. Truly impressed!!
