I worked at Tibet Kitchen for 5 days. The owner agreed to pay me $15/hour, and during that time, I worked very hard — washing dishes, cutting vegetables, and helping the cook with many tasks. I was always on time and didn’t skip any work.
After 5 days, the owner told me not to come the next day (Friday) and said he would update me about my next shift. I waited for 2 days and then called him on Monday to ask if I should come in. He said they had hired someone else because I didn’t show up on Saturday — even though I was never given any schedule.
When I went later to ask for my payment, I was told that I would not be paid. The conversation became unpleasant, and I felt disrespected. I even tried to resolve the situation properly, but unfortunately, nothing worked out.
This was a very disappointing experience for me. I worked honestly, gave my full effort, and expected fair pay for my time. I’m sharing my personal experience so others can be aware before deciding to work here.
I believe in karma — what we do to others eventually returns to us, whether good or bad. Taking advantage of honest work never brings peace. I’ve chosen to move on, trusting that life will bring fairness in its own time.

Went there with my girlfriend and friend. Food and ambience remains us our home Nepal. Momo was so juicy its was melting in our mouth❤️ Highly recommended.
Hidden gem. Life brought us here by chance and we’re so grateful we ended up trying this food. We ordered the hot pot and we had plenty leftovers and the owner even packed the leftover for us. We felt like we were sitting in a Tibetan home and homemade food was brought to us. Great service as well, the owner was kind and willing to listen to all our requests. Will definitely come back when we’re in the area!

Had my food delivered tonight and it was so terrible that had to immediately drop a review in the middle of the night. I ordered momos and instead I was served chicken bread roll. In my life, I have never had worse momos. The stuffing was uncooked inside a lightly fired roll of bread. I don’t know what is it called but definitely not momos. I also ordered a dish with crispy fried noodles and stir-fry but the noodles were soggy and soft not crispy as it was in description.
