I visited Tiger Sugar and ordered the #8 Tea Latte, but I was mistakenly given the Top 8 Oreo drink instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the mix-up until about 30 minutes later since I was on the road driving to BC and hadn’t started drinking it right away. The next morning, I woke up with a severe stomach ache and soon after, I experienced diarrhea. The only thing I had that differed from my friend’s dinner (which we ate before Tiger Sugar) was the boba, so I’m fairly certain it caused the issue. It makes me wonder if the milk was expired or if there was something off with the boba itself.

This establishment had the most expensive drink ($10 for large brown sugar with espresso) but the worst part was the boba pearls were soggy, too milky and brown sugar taste was lacking. I would not recommend it.

Good place for boba. Came after festival. Super busy, only 2 people were working. Did good dealing with everybody and the rush that lasted the whole time I was there. Thank you to the girl for being so kind, didn’t catch her name. They both have exceptional customer service and smiled the whole time through! They deserve a raise.
Recommend the Strawberry Mochi and also the Mango Tea (the best drink I’ve had) Drinks are expensive for bubble tea but it was worth it.
Thank you for dealing with all that!! You guys are awesome and will definitely come again for the amazing drinks!

Amazing place and vibe was really busy after the lantern festival. A little more on the expensive side. Very flavourful drinks. Great portions on toppings too.
Well done to the 2 staff handling everyone. Would recommend the Signature and Tiger Mango Sago. Thank you to the girl at the counter for recommending me the drinks! Thanks to the guy for doing his best and getting our drinks done ASAP!! Will come again!

Had brought our youth to get bubble tea as they were on a field trip nearby and the server had made a small mistake with the topping but offer to remake the drink for the youth with the correct topping at no charge. It was super kind of him and it had made the youth really happy! Would definitely come back! The youth said their drinks were really yummy!
