Tim Hortons is one of those places that’s super convenient but hit-or-miss depending on the location and time of day. When everything is running smoothly, you get your coffee fast, the food is hot, and the staff are friendly. Their breakfast sandwiches and wraps are still solid, and the classic double-double is basically a Canadian standard at this point.
But some locations struggle with consistency. Sometimes the coffee tastes perfect, other times it’s way too strong or weirdly watered down. Drive-thru lines can get backed up pretty badly during morning rush, and mobile orders don’t always come out quicker like they’re supposed to.
Still, for the price and convenience, it does the job. It’s reliable enough when you just need a quick coffee or breakfast on the go.
Overall, Tim Hortons isn’t amazing, but it’s dependable — the kind of place you go because you know exactly what you’re getting.

Tim Hortons is pretty much the go-to spot when you just want a quick coffee or a breakfast sandwich without thinking too hard. The coffee is consistent, the food is simple, and the prices are still decent compared to most other places. Their breakfast wraps and hash browns are solid, and the baked goods are usually fresh if you go in the morning.
Service really depends on the location. Some Tim’s are fast and friendly, others feel a bit understaffed and your order might take longer or come out slightly off. Drive-thru can be hit or miss during rush hour, but that’s expected.
The newer cold drinks and sandwiches are nice additions, but honestly most people go for the classics — double-double, Timbits, or a farmer’s wrap. It does the job.
Overall, Tim Hortons is reliable, affordable, and convenient. Nothing fancy, but you know exactly what you’re getting every time.

Parking is often an issue here and the washrooms probably need some repairs but I've been coming here almost daily for several weeks and this is a very good location for service compared to nearby locations.

Your boxes for donuts are useless. They don’t stay closed. You could at least tape it so they don’t fall out.
Customer service need more training on how to deal with customers

I visit Tim Hortons every day and usually order the same thing — a large regular hot coffee and some food. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently had bad experiences with the staff. They often seem rude and roll their eyes when customers ask for something simple, like a sleeve for their hot coffee.
Tim Hortons cups are not double-sleeved like McDonald’s, so a sleeve is necessary to hold the cup comfortably. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they’re inconveniencing staff by asking for one.
I would really appreciate it if the manager could address this issue with the team. Good customer service means treating every customer with respect, no matter how small the request. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have at Tim Hortons.
I've only been here 2 times. The first time I asked for 2 farmers wraps and it took 10 minutes just to get my food with only 1 other person in the line before me. I was in a rush and was at work so I increasingly became annoyed with the employees laughing and joking behind the counter while pausing the making of my food multiple times to joke around. While seemingly some employees had no regard for how long it would take to get the customers their food.
The second time was just a few days ago on Friday, I had asked for the 2 for 7$ chipotle chicken wraps because I wanted to see if they were worth the money. I was immediately upset when I realized I had been here before and had a negative experience in the past. The same thing was happening with employees talking and laughing behind the counter. This time thankfully it didnt take as long as 10 minutes but I was still not impressed. The tortilla also seemed a bit dry. And there didn't seem to be a good amount of Chipotle. (Although sometimes I'm picky about that, so I don't blame them for that.)
All in all I don't mind what you're doing behind the counter as long as your priority is the customer.
I want people to be having fun at work, just as long as you can manage your time and provide customers a good experience.

One of the best and the oldest Timmie’s in the city, hard working people that are keeping up the good work and the originality of Tim’s. One of the busiest stores that i have seen but the staff handles it like a breeze. Love the staff, the management and the owners. This one feels like home.😊

Have gone here at different times of the day, and it's always busy.
Has different groups of people that gather round tables and stay and chat.
Can be difficult to find a spot to sit at times.

Whoever made my farmers wrap this morning left plastic in my wrap and i nearly could’ve choked and died on the plastic. How the hell did plastic even end up in my wrap. Since I’m such a smart individual I managed to differentiate the egg and the plastic. Im truly disappointed and if this happens again I will be going to taking legal actions. Yall lucky I’m such a nice individual. Not only was it over priced it was also made poorly. Come on let’s atleast get some money worth of eggs in the wraps.
