Mobile ordering is supposed to be a fast service at this restaurant. Instead, when the order is ready, it is placed at the back of the store. To pick it up, you have to wait until staff finish serving 10+ customers in line just to get your order. This is a ridiculous setup. There are no excuses. There are plenty of simple solutions to prevent order mix-ups without forcing mobile order customers to wait in line. Last thing wrong coffee order!!

Amazing location and great staff!
Everyone was polite and happy to attend costumers. We have a family member with dietary restrictions and Jennifer (supervisor) was absolutely great in promptly coming to talk to me and accommodating the need.
The order was ready super fast and just right in terms of quality!

This location isn’t great, there’s limited parking and no drive-through. I went in for a donut and then watched them throw the rest in the garbage, which was disappointing.

Respectful and attentive treatment of customers is essential, and unfortunately, I did not experience that during my visit.
I strongly recommend that they invest in proper customer service training for their employees to ensure that every customer is treated with courtesy and professionalism. Without this, their reputation and business could suffer greatly. Good customer service is the backbone of any successful company, and neglecting this aspect will only drive customers away.
I had hoped for a much better experience, and I sincerely hope they take these concerns seriously and work towards meaningful improvement.

The coffee is consistent, the food is simple, and the prices are still decent compared to most other places.
