Ordered this turkey bacon club sandwich and the moment I opened it and was about to take a bit I noticed a very larger piece of paper in it. Honestly this is very disgusting and I was so excited to eat it but unfortunately I couldn’t because I was just so shocked on how a large piece of paper ended up in the middle of my sandwich. Unbelievable.

Cheats their internal scoring metrics by not having something as simple as a breakfast sandwich ready and making you park to wait for it. This way HQ thinks they’re being super efficient at the drive thru. At breakfast time - pretty pathetic!?

They don’t know how the point works. They took my points still they charge me the same amount which was shown on drive-through window.. when I went inside to check up on my order, they said we don’t even have your order then I paid cash so I think they are not punching cash orders and taking money into their pocket. I talk with the manager and Manager said I am sorry that’s it. I was late to work as well because of their messed up I go to drive-through window just to save some time. That was my last time to this location and I hope the higher authority of Tim Hortons. They will check on this manager and staff that how much money they are pocketing at the end of the shift.
