I visited the Tim Hortons at Pegasus on Tuesday and had such a great experience! I ordered a Chocolate Creamy Chill at the front counter and the guy who took my order was so nice — the customer service was amazing. The drink itself was made perfectly; I honestly haven’t seen such a clean and well-prepared iced drink before. Usually the lids are a little messy, but this one wasn’t at all, and the whipped cream was put on so nicely. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons experiences...
I went through the drive through this morning for a bagel and a coffee. Before I even got to the window the guy was already telling me my order total, to no one obviously since I wasn’t at the window yet. Then I paid, and all of sudden I’m having my drink and food basically being shoved into my face. No time to allow me to put my drink down. There was no one in line behind me. I get you have time quotas to make but same at least give someone more than a second before you keep...
The service is what truly sets this Tim Hortons apart. Even during the rush hours—when the drive-thru line is long—the staff moves incredibly fast and always manages to be friendly and patient.
