Dont order delivery from here. Waited on a double order. When i asked manager why order is delayed. Manager deliberately held back order and gave other drivers that came in 15 mins after the order. I asked to speak to manager but refused. When enquiring about orders she did not answer very rude. In the meantime customer is texting me wondering about order. I apologized and put the blame squarly on Tim Hortens which it was.

I get a coffee everyday before work at the SHC Hospital and the ladies on my shift 3:00-11:00 pm are the sweetest and most amazing, helpful women. They know what I want when they see me in line and it’s ready before I get to the till. If I work an overnight shift the kitchen staff are lovely also.
