In the beginning, their service was great, but recently the quality has gone down. Orders often arrive incomplete or not as expected. For example, we ordered a bagel with butter, but it wasn’t even clear if there was any butter on it. The most disappointing part is the unfriendly attitude of the staff.

This is the first Tim's I've been to where the staff is so friendly and accommodating! Leilah and Mika are so friendly and approachable but Mr. Bebe made my day the most! The store manager at the time I was there was also cheerful and greeted me with a smile unlike other Tim's I've visited before! I think the manager's name was Ren! My coffee was so good too, the barista did amazing I hope he has a great day!
