I ordered a spicy roast pizza, and while consuming it, I discovered an unpleasant object (a hair) and promptly reported this to an employee named Sadaf. She acknowledged the presence of the hair and informed the floor manager. However, the floor manager claimed not to have seen any foreign object on the pizza, despite Sadaf's confirmation. The floor manager was quite rude and treated me disrespectfully in front of other customers. Unfortunately, my phone had died, preventing me from capturing a photograph of the issue. Subsequently, the floor manager took my picture without my consent and denied doing so when I confronted her. As I was not inclined to order another pizza, I requested a refund. This experience was very disappointing, especially since this establishment is usually my preferred choice for coffee. I hope you will address this matter appropriately.
