I have a part time job in customer service while I am in school here so I understand the pressure of the staffs when working in customer services. However, this is the 3rd time I have experienced unsatisfied services in Tim Horton's in MacHall. The first time I ordered ice coffee with extra cream and extra sugar in Summer, around July. I got a blank coffee. I assumed they just got mistake in order sometimes so I still went back in September to order the breakfast in English muffin with sauce. I got just the muffin with egg but no sauces no bacon at all, just two things. Are you kidding me? And today is the 3rd time. The guy was taking my order and then he did not finish, just left me there and went finishing the other foods. This is not professional. Complete what you are doing first. I only had 15 minutes before my work so I could not wait, I left Tim for the other food counter to buy sushi for my lunch. I am not going back to Tim to get unpleasant experience again. Only me will not make the difference in your revenue but I left my review here.

I was a consistent costumer and I am very happy with the service, even when my drink has been forgotten Chris the worker is able to help me and resolve my situation and I am really thankful for him:)

Absolutely horrible. We got our food before our drinks, had enough time to finish them and then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a regular ice cap and a protein coffee. I ordered whip cream on my ice capp but they didn’t even add it. Other people got their drinks before us, and they ordered after us. The lady making the food was great, but the man that was in charge of drinks was incompetent and inefficient. Another thing is that they don’t have online ordering available. Which is inconvenient for students trying to get a coffee in between classes. This Tim Hortons needs to step it up.

Workers are rude, slow to take and make orders. They consistently get orders wrong, even a simple order. When you ask for your order to be fixed they will treat you like you're a nuisance, argue with you and raise their voice. If you ever come here be prepared to wait a long time (half an hour+ is expected) be treated like you're begging (even by workers wearing management shirts) and not get what you wanted in the first place. Guy making sandwiches most days is usually the most professional and looks like he actually cares to make and deliver orders right. Don't waste your time at this Tim Hortons, I recommend paying extra at other places on campus but getting quality of product and service. I hope the owners read this and take action.

I visited this Tim Hortons at my university today and asked if I could substitute a hash brown instead of egg in the egg & cheese muffin sandwich. The staff initially said yes, so I went ahead and ordered it along with a chai latte. When I received my order, it still had egg and no hashbrown. I politely mentioned this to the server, who then called the manager — Zane. Instead of explaining the policy politely or offering a reasonable solution, he spoke in a rude and dismissive tone, saying, “We can’t do that,” even though his own staff had agreed earlier. He kept arguing for several minutes while I was getting late for class, and in the end, I was only given a hash brown despite paying for the full combo.

I completely understand if substitutions aren’t allowed, but the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. Respectful communication matters, especially when dealing with students and regular customers.

After this experience — and after reading several other reviews mentioning similar issues with this person, I will not be visiting this location again.

Stood in line and watched as they fully ignored at least 40 people in line and only bothered with making mobile orders.

this was NOT a busy time of day. The people making food are HUSTLING and I understand that taking time. The two gentleman taking payment and drink orders however are incredibly slow and I watched my double double sit on the counter out of reach for at least 10 minutes while they purposely looked past me and ignored me. Another person next to me was trying to get their attention for the same reason. Horrible attitudes and wasting a lot of time. They also need to speak the heck up calling out orders because it was just a crowd of confused people not able to hear names.

They were out of almost every food item on their menu. Paid for a blt sandwich after the supreme stack was out. Gave me a moldy blt bagel instead.

I asked for an ice capp with half the amount of cream as I have done for years at many other locations no problem. The workers refused and stated i had to pay for an alternative, instead of accepting my request the workers argued with me for 5 minutes until i had to go to another tims that took my order no issue. Deplorable service.

I ordered a simple steeped tea at 10:57 am and they called my number up almost 1 hour later. I am not kidding, I have complete proof of when I placed the mobile order (10:57) and a pic of when I got the order on the counter (11:45). The guy there, Zane, was yelling at every single customer who asked about their order.

I heard at least 5 people say they will never be back here, and even saw a few leave without their order due to them not being able to wait 30-40 minutes for a simple drink, as students. That guy is very very rude, and due to the fact that most people are students and cannot stand up for themselves, he takes advantage of this and yells at people.

Why do they not hire more people, and even if they don’t, why are they yelling at customers as it it’s their fault. The guy Zane yelled at me today saying “the screen is not in sync with our systems” and ignored me 3 times within the near hour I waited for my simple tea. This is completely unfair and shouldn’t represent how Tim Hortons operates.

They are really slow and impolite. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes and when I asked about my drink they yelled at me and were very rude in front of everyone
