Genuinely the worst Tim Hortons in the country. Rude staff, always unwilling or unable to get orders correct, and always takes forever even when the university is empty. Don't waste your time or money, it is not worth the hassle.
Tim Hortons consistently delivers a warm, welcoming experience with quality coffee and delicious treats. A huge shoutout to the crew member, Cams, whose friendly demeanor and efficient service truly elevate the experience. Your hard work and dedication make every visit a joy. thank you for going above and beyond!

There is a girl who always mess up my order. Another employee has to fix it for her every time. And that girl does not care…sometimes she works at the cashier and once she had me waiting for a long time so she can chat and laugh with her friends working there.

Ordered on mobile as to avoid the line. I get there and ask if this was the medium iced coffee with vanilla and extra cream to one girl. She asks for my order number, I give it to her, she says yes and hands me the drink. Immediately, I could tell there wasn’t any extra cream because the coffee was dark, but she had already hurried off to make other orders, so I ask a different employee and repeated my order. He shrugged and pointed to ANOTHER employee, said to ask her. I ask her once she gets close enough to the counter and she turns to the SAME EMPLOYEE that told me to ask her, and asks HIM if it was my order. He mutters something and I hear her say “Well, I didn’t make this.” The same male employee walks over and says yes it’s my order — again, the coffee was DARK, so I told him that I asked for extra cream and he puts cream in it for me. I begin to walk away and take a sip of the coffee, and there’s no vanilla, so I go back. There’s a different employee at the counter. The following conversation ensues:
Me: Excuse me, I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. There isn’t any vanilla in here.
Him: Huh?
Me: I had a mobile order and asked for a vanilla coffee.
Him: Did they call your order number or did you just grab it?
Me: I told them my order number
Him: Did they call it? Or did you just walk up and grab the iced coffee?
Me: They gave it to me.
He proceeds turn to the “I didn’t make this” employee and asks her. She shakes her head and he dumps out the coffee, and makes me a new one. It has vanilla, but no (extra) cream…
I just left after that. At least I got my vanilla syrup that I paid for; cream I could get somewhere else. But the environment is hectic, and the service and lack of communication is just atrocious.

I visited the Tim Hortons on campus on the morning of Saturday, April 20, and was disappointed by the service I received. The staff member ( New indian girl) , who seemed to be relatively new, lacked familiarity with the procedures and could have communicated more professionally. It is crucial that all employees are properly trained not only in their duties but also in how to engage courteously with customers. While I will likely return because of the convenient location, I sincerely hope for an improved interaction in the future.

This place is disgusting. You get old coffee and old food. There seems to be very little standard.

I really don’t blame the workers because it’s always so busy. There’s long line ups most of the time but when you line up and get told they’re out of coffee or a sandwich, it gets really frustrating. Out of the five times I’ve lined up, 4 times they are out of something I want. There’s also no attempt at suggesting anything alternative by the cashiers. There’s just an attitude of “you get what you get”, and no customer service. I understand but at the same time, it’s just very very frustrating. Hope this gets resolved somehow.

Long lines, staff have no customer service skills, always out of coffee, there's a long list of things wrong with this location and no one seems to care about it. Maybe if the managers at this location paid attention to what the popular/best-selling items are, they could have the funds to hire better workers but it looks like they were all forced into working there.

Rude employee. Instead of telling me calmly, they talked loudly purposely made everyone behind the line to hear as if I cut the line even didn’t let me explain ? It was my turn and i came when they were away bc I want to look at the pastries closely. Thanks to whoever behind me for backing me up

Staff were very unprofessional, rude and weren't doing their work. They were just chatting among themselves, laughing and having fun. Nobody was working. Orders came very late. No professionalism at all.

One of the night staff who works there Tues night is amazing. I really enjoyed his services. However, this morning I had experiences disheartening enough here that I'll probably never be back. After waiting for forever, the staff at the front of the line admitted that my order had probably been forgotten. As such, they quickly scrambled to make it. However, the staff who was supposed to hand me my order was busy and distracted so the lineup staff hit him on the arm *with my food* to get his attention. Why would you hit someone on the arm with food? I obviously can't eat that because it's non-hygenic As such, I lost my appetite anyhow. The staff here can be so freaking rude and passive-aggressive. Aside from that, it's tim hortons, which is usually very popular.
