I visited the Tim Hortons on campus on the morning of Saturday, April 20, and was disappointed by the service I received. The staff member ( New indian girl) , who seemed to be relatively new, lacked familiarity with the procedures and could have communicated more professionally. It is crucial that all employees are properly trained not only in their duties but also in how to engage courteously with customers.
