Staff is great. Company needs to work a little harder to make sure they have all the supplies they need to run properly. Order from here quite often, almost every time I have to accommodate my meal for lack of something else.

I’m sure it would make life easier on the employees as well if it were stocked properly…

Genuinely terrible service. I went to pay with a gift card at the self check out. I was able to do it and on my side the transaction went through. I waited for a bit then asked about the order only to find out the tills dont allow gift cards? Despite the option being there and it went through for me? There was no signage or anything saying no giftcard. Then they made me wait in line again to redo my transaction. Im 90% sure I got charged twice but I didn't know the original total on my gift card so I cant know for sure.

As a regular customer, I’m always greeted by the friendly staff. The service is quick and efficient. The management crew does a phenomenal job keeping things running smooth. A special shout out to Twinkle for always making my experience pleasant.

Not impress they closed before the closing time. Couldnt order and the lady was vary vary rude. I can handle the slowness because most times it take 15 mins to order a coffee. And I dont have that much time specially when im on a work break!! And a regular at this location. Well not anymore ill pay extra at starbucks and im not a fan of their coffee. H3ll the mckenzie towne both location have way better service then this mall.

I am writing this review because this location at Southcentre has disappointed me several times now. They fail to provide good customer service. Last time I came one hour before closing time, I asked for any kind of sandwiches they can make, the staff told me that the kitchen is not operating, and that I have to buy whatever is available on the display. Customer in front of me, was also asking for the same service and got refused. It’s strange, that they stop operating before one hour, also on several days, they don’t even have certain hot or cold drinks one to two hours prior to closing.
