If I could give this location a 0 I would… I had ordered an apple fritter and a roasted marshmallow donut at the speaker. They told me they didn’t have any marshmallow. At the window I was told they didn’t have apple fritters either. I asked which donuts they had and they ignored me and looked in another direction so I said forget it. They didn’t have the donuts I wanted nor could they recommend any other ones. This was at 455pm.
The girl taking the order was really rude and just kept saying “anything else” instead of just letting us order. When I was handed my order at the window I received a turkey bacon club instead of the ham and cheddar I wanted. The wedges were old and hard and definitely NOT fresh.
There was no apology at all. Not even a “ have a good day” just my order thrown at me and she stared at me till I drove away. Will not return to this location. Very rude. Rushed. And unprofessional.

Got a loaded bowl and its not as loaded as I thought it would be. There's hardly any lettuce in this thing. When I order at West hills time hortons and get the same thing I have a lot more lettuce. Don't know why the Tim Hortons is so disappointing when it comes to food. Pizza I had months back wasn't even cooked fully. Highly recommend going anywhere else ....

I love this location. One of the best in my opinion. They have always gone above and beyond. My dog loves being the passenger in the drive through, loves the attention. I have never been rushed through here, I enjoy my visits every time.

My husband wanted to stop pick up some breakfast us as we were out getting some errands done I asked for a bagel belt with no lettuce, as I only like fresh lettuce well what I did not know was asking for no lettuce also ment I was only getting egg and a still fully frozen sausage on my beagle belt. My brown sugar ice latte was just Luke warm coffee with ice and cream in it. I didn’t know that the staff could just make peoples orders however they want and not even fully cooked and would not do anything to fix the situation and said that’s is what we asked for.
Love it when the workers smile, makes my day brighter:))

If I could rate this 6/5 stars I would. Came through the drive through at around 2:00pm on a warm Saturday, blue skies, soft breeze. As I rolled through the drive through and approached the order screen, I was greeted by a very welcoming voice asking me what I would like to order. “Medium iced coffee” I answered, with overjoyed by the pleasant energy being sent over the intercom. The Tim’s employee, bless them, asked if I’d like anything else, “that’ll be all thank you” I responded. Afterward, with a pleasant demeanour, they told me to approach the drive through window, I did. When I came to the window, I was greeted with the most radiant smile I’ve seen in ages of ages. After I paid for my order (roughly $2.78), the cashier and I parted ways with smiles on our faces. This experience changed my life. After coming through this drive through, my sense of self and outlook on life was completely renewed. Thank you.

This is the worst location in the city. EVERY meal I had ordered they have screwed up. So I stopped going to them for many years, and decided to try today. And of course they screwed up YET AGAIN. Highly recommend not wasting your time at this location. They are horrible.
