Staffs are not trained and rude. Especially the manager lady seemed very confused and unpleasant. All my co-workers decided not to use this location any more.

Come in get what I need watching a staff member carry two cups with her fingers inside the rim to carry them I thought that would be cross combination with money and food and what ever she does with them I know if that was my drink I wouldn’t drink out of it !!

If I could give this location a 0 I would… I had ordered an apple fritter and a roasted marshmallow donut at the speaker. They told me they didn’t have any marshmallow. At the window I was told they didn’t have apple fritters either. I asked which donuts they had and they ignored me and looked in another direction so I said forget it. They didn’t have the donuts I wanted nor could they recommend any other ones. This was at 455pm.
The girl taking the order was really rude and just kept saying “anything else” instead of just letting us order. When I was handed my order at the window I received a turkey bacon club instead of the ham and cheddar I wanted. The wedges were old and hard and definitely NOT fresh.
There was no apology at all. Not even a “ have a good day” just my order thrown at me and she stared at me till I drove away. Will not return to this location. Very rude. Rushed. And unprofessional.

I just spoke to a lady today - 4:10PM informing we have not received our order. She answered it is not their problem! Doesnt even empathized about what happened. Did not ask thw order details. Need more customer service training.
