Food is the same as other places. Its good.I gave it 3 stars because of the service.Staff won't lose anything if they just smile at customers. Some were rude it seems ( the way they answer).

Abysmal store that only seems to employ people incapable of performing basic customer service. I'd honestly recommend getting your coffee at the starbucks in the near by Safeway or for a similar price but better customer service and quality go to the A&W next door.

Like that there is a Tim Hortons near my place now. I went in when it first opened and everything was awful! Went in on Boxing Day of 2023 and the food -coffee was 10x better than it opened. But definitely still need to improve. Like please actually toast the breads and have care when making the food. I do believe it will keep getting better. I’ll try is 3 months again.
Kitchen closed during business hours. Ridiculous policy.

Terrible customer service. I will drive out of my way to a different location to avoid this place. Looks like I'm not the only one who's had the same experience. The responses from the owner look more like saving face than an actual attempt to replace their current unpleasant staff members–I hope I am proven wrong.
