Please hire more people! Wait times are soooo long. I waited 16 minutes and I used the Mobile App :(
They got rid of oat and soy milk alternatives and only offer almond, which is disgusting in coffee and tea. It curdles, tastes watery, and ruins the drink with a nutty flavor. This seems like a deliberate choice by the local franchise owner to ignore customer preferences, and it makes every beverage here undrinkable for anyone who prefers real alternative milks. Extremely disappointed.
Wknds morning the place is full and orders go absolutely randomly, waited one sausage wrap for 12 mins. They split your order on food and beverages and there are two places they calling them so its gonna be confusing until they change this. When asking for a coffee they missing ladies cant answer anything , not a great start of your morning

Without a doubt, this is the most worst and most disorganized Tim Hortons in the city. Given it has no drive thru it gets incredibly busy. People are often standing around waiting 20+ minutes for their food or drinks. For some reason they don’t give out order numbers or even take names at the counter. So, most often, they are just yelling out orders like “iced coffee”. And nobody knows whose it actually is. This has resulted in my order being taken by someone else on multiple occasions. Knowing that this location has no drive thru, I’d expect them to have much better processes in place to handle the indoor traffic. People are constantly frustrated and staff overwhelmed. I’d avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Whoever manages this location needs to completely overhaul how it functions. I often see people look in the door and walk away due to the line up. It should be investigated by the corporate office as a case study on exactly HOW NOT to run a location. You’re better off driving to a location further away, you’ll save time.

Pretty good food but a little pricey as far as fast food goes. My wife loves the falafel. There is plenty of free parking.

Possibly the worst Singh Hortons in the city but it's a close race to the bottom, mobile orders plus order screens. It's a mess 10 min just for a coffee

I have had a very terrible experience that is store. They seems to be on slow speed all the time. Waiting 20-40 mins for a skip order is most disappointing
