Came in with some friends to get some food. The teenage boy that helped us was very nice, but his shift leader was yelling at him for taking our order instead of cleaning. He tried telling her that he was taking our orders but she said she didn’t care. After he takes our orders he goes and cleans and the shift leader didn’t make my order after waiting 10 minutes. the teenage boy comes up to me and asks if I’ve gotten my food yet and I told him I haven’t, and he apologized and made the food. I felt really bad for the teenage boy because he didn’t deserve to get yelled at, especially in front of customers.

Tim Horton's normally delicious chili was a bit of a thin gruel at the Bearspaw Tim Horton's today. I hope this was a one-off and not a sign of Tim's choosing bottom line over customers.

The service is really good. Everyone is very friendly. I enjoy coming here your sausage and egg breakfast bun is not very good the way you do. Your eggs is very tasteless. A&w has a much better product but other than that everything is great. Here. Manager is good. The workers are good. Keep up the good work

It's okay for a quick stop and go, the ambiance is more gas station than restaurant. Very limited seating. Decent and convenient drive thru.
Literally could be perfect if they just put a door on the pastries rack instead of leaving it open for flies and wasps to freely touch up and eat all the donuts, it’s disgusting.. flies literally dig through garbage, and yet almost no one in the whole kitchen cares when they are rolling around all over the donuts. Absolutely sad and pathetic. They could just redesign the pastries rack so that it has a door and flies can’t just go in, but even that simple task, is too much for some people, absolutely sad..

Love stopping through this Tim Hortons and specifically for one worker. I want to shout out Marvin for being the best employee I've ever seen in a business. I've never seen him without a smile on his face and he even has gone to the extent of learning my whole families individual names and creating those relationships. If there's anyway I could endorse Marvin I would. Best attitude I've seen from anyone and he seriously deserves to be rewarded. He's killing it and makes visits easy and enjoyable every single day.

**Disappointing Service and Burnt Coffee**
One staff member at the takeaway window is impolite, yelling, and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to talk to people and doesn’t want to hear the problem. On top of that, the coffee tastes bitter and burnt.
