Always get drive thru here in the mornings! They are always extremely quick, order has always been correct!! Customer service can feel a bit rushed and a bit loud in the mornings, but other than that, super convenient location and a solid Tim’s location in general.

I saw employees standing for 10 minutes doing literally nothing while every garbage was full. And all the tables were covered in spills and crumbs that I had to wipe off myself. Also double check if they put everything in your bag, they forgot some of my items

Chips and baked goods were not fresh. Chili was bland. The owner replied for further information: What I can say is the review stands as is until the food quality is improved. Literally, the wedge chips were shriveled, not even hot from sitting out. Not fresh at all. The muffins were at minimum a day plus old, again not fresh. The chili was runny and bland, they call it soup. Oddly it's advertised as chili and soup, in the pictures one sees chili and a bowl of chicken soup. When in fact it's runny chili. The coffee was decent and the people serving are friendly. With friendly people serving this Tim's can build by offering fresh baked goods, hot thick chili, and wedge fries hot out of the fryer.
