Dont have non dairy options for their coffee here which is a pretty big deal since I feel a lot of people are lactose intolerant

Tucked away in the corner of the food court, but you can smell it from far away with that distinct coffee aroma!

I was the second person in line and had to wait for 4 employees to make a coffee for the person in front of me. Once I finally was able to order I needed to repeat my order multiple times as the cashier was not paying attention and missed items. When watching my breakfast wrap be put together I needed to correct the worker as they missed ingredients. When I eventually received the wrap I ended up throwing out half of it because it was extremely burnt, the egg had hard pieces in it, and the sauce was sour like spoiled milk. I will not be returning.

The food court itself is hard to find when you go towards international departures on the 2nd floor you will find food court signs follow along and you will find escalators to 3rd floor where there is Tims, subway, A&W and more as shown in the attached images. Food quality was great but staff was not prompt. I ordered a bunch of stuff and I found out that they forgot to add one item which my kid noticed later. Over all the location is great with ample dine in area. Quality of Tims food is great as always. If you are at the airport this Tims is highly recommended. Check out videos & images & follow for more detailed reviews.

The server wouldn’t take my paper money cause it was a little ripped, money is money; it had all the serial numbers on the bill. She was so rude and kept on continuously argue about the paper money. I will never go to this restaurant anymore, I used to buy food and drinks all the time from there. NEVER EVER again.

Coffee tasted like the expresso machine had not been cleaned in years. The pepperoni pizza had a garlicky taste to the pizza sauce it was gross do not recommend this nasty Tim's. Not the way potential newvomers to Canada should have as their first tims experience as so close to

No respect for customers, felt like I was treated as a dollar bill only, plus when I asked why a bagel costed me 5$, the response was not pleasant and I felt quite embarrassed.
They don't participate in the Tim hortons rewards program but the sign saying that is on the back of the "please line up here" where no one would see ?♀️.Lined up and couldn't use the reward. Quite a waste of time

I don’t often patronize Tim Hortons but when you’re in an airport, and past security in the very early morning hours, the pickings are usually quite slim. That’s how my partner and I found ourselves at the Tim Hortons near Gate C50 in YYC. Arriving just after 7AM for our flight into Vancouver, we thought it best to get a light bite and start our morning off right. The lineup at this location was steady, but the staff handled it well. We got our Asiago Specialty Bagel w/ Cream Cheese + bottle of water in good time. Not being overly hungry, we split the bagel and water. After our experience at this unit of Tim’s, I’m both amused and befuddled by the string of recent poor ratings. Customer service during our visit wasn’t “slow and unhelpful;” quite the contrary! And I certainly wouldn’t be overly dramatic and call this the “worst Tim Hortons in Canada.” That’s just silly. But then, I’m not surprised by the negativity. As I’ve written in other reviews of fast-food or chain restaurants, people just seem inclined to complain about every little thing. Even if past experiences have generally been positive, the moment something goes wrong, the review typically starts like this: “I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good, BUT this time they dropped the ball!” Indeed, we’re silent when things are good, but quick to play the critic if something isn’t quite to our liking. It’s funny in a sad way. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 5/5 RECOMMENDATION: Tim Hortons is a Canadian icon of sorts. You will see them all over this country in large cities and small towns. As much as people love to complain about them, we still flock to their coffee, donuts, bagels and artisanal sandwiches . . . and why not? They’re tasty and represent great value for money – especially in this tough economy! As such, if you find yourself in YYC, Tim Hortons is a fine and fair option. Recommended! Coffee etc is OK but about zero selection of donuts and other items that you can normally get at Tim's. Service is slow and unhelpful. Go to Starbuck's opposite!
