We were on drive thru and staff is not listening order they are laughing and talking in there own language not speaking English and they were not responding to customer just saying go head go head Worst tim hortons I visited ever🤮
Just went to grab breakfast at this location at 5.30 A.M and they still have no baked goods ready. Literally no donuts or muffins at all

I don't understand how they can consistently be the worst service Tim Hortons in the city. Several people at my workplace will drive to a further Tim's even if this one is closest. I will only go here maybe a couple times year but every single time they either do not have anything ready or they get your order wrong. In my case today, they got my order wrong (without apologizing) and had said it would be an extra 20 minutes for Tim bits at 10am this morning. Do yourself a favour and drive the extra 5 minutes to go to another Tim's. This one is terrible.
