When I am going to work ,drive true is one of the best thing for me to get my coffee and bagel I don’t ask much thing from establishment sugar in my coffee cream cheese in my bagel am I asking to much ?

I come here on a regular basis everyday, im tired of how the new staff dont understand communication or how to make food enjoyable. Tims has gone so downhill the last few years. Hire canadian again

Update, they now play Indian music on a speaker behind the counter. This is ridiculous, just wait till I use auto translate on my meta glasses.

Extremely Unprofessional Service from Supervisor “Sukhman”

I’m a regular customer at this Tim Hortons and visit with friends at least twice a week, but after today, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

There is a supervisor named Sukhman who consistently shows a very rude and dismissive attitude toward customers. This is not a one-time issue — I’ve seen the same behavior many times, both toward me and toward other customers, and even toward her coworkers.

Today, she took my cash without scanning my Tim Hortons rewards, even though my account had offers loaded. When I asked about it, she responded rudely and told me to “use it next time.” Anyone who has worked at Tim Hortons knows you can’t just apply points later without reversing the transaction, but she acted irritated when I asked her to do it properly.

She then told me she would “add it” and asked me to scan my points , but instead of correcting the mistake, she deleted my scan and applied the next customer’s points. It felt dishonest and careless — not about the points, but about the lack of integrity and respect for customers.

Customer service is taken seriously in this country, and as a supervisor she should know better. A supervisor should not speak down to customers or treat them like they’re an inconvenience. We pay our hard-earned money here and deserve basic respect.

I’m extremely disappointed, and I hope management seriously reviews her behavior. This location is convenient for me and my friends, but with service like this, it’s hard to justify returning

Ordered a bagel and the biscoff croissant and coffee, I was told only certain bagels were available but I could see the shelf had more. The lady rhat was supposed to serve me took off into the back area. Bagel was dry but bagel was good. Communication is lacking. The lady at the till said hi I placed order and heard good thats it. What happened to the customer experience

Went through the drive-through today at 9:30, ordered an extra large regular coffee and a cheese croissant. Order taker confirmed my order twice and when I said that was everything proceeded to the window. They forgot to charge me for the croissant and then the manager rudely dismissed my concern and said the order taker didn’t hear me. She confirmed my order twice. This level of disrespect to a paying customer is Unacceptable

Nov. 17 2025 - wish I could say that my Google review impacted any customer service however I decided to give this location another chance this morning and ran into the same issue with lack of customer service again. Order taker forgot to charge and when I brought this up, I was rudely dismissing just pay just pages pay, which would’ve resulted in me paying more for Then what the breakfast combo would’ve cost me, took over seven minutes in the drive-through for this to get sorted. Staff again we’re very rude and dismissive about my complaint

I come to this tim hortons every morning and sometimes at lunch, in the beginning it was great but recently I haven't had good service. They keep getting my order wrong, today I ordered a BBQ chicken wrap and garlic bread with dipping sauce, i get back to work and open my chicken wrap and got a bacon ranch wrap with crispy chicken and asked for slow cooked, i open the bag to find my dipping sauce is missing, this is the 4th time this has happened and today I've had enough, if you plan to charge people for the sauce then just put it in the bag

Went to the drive through, lady was very rude. No greeting just asked what I want cut me off twice, had to ask for my croissant at the window which she rudely told me the did not have. Even seemed annoyed that I wanted to scan my rewards before paying. Handed me my drink and slammed the window. I understand people can have an off day but I won't be returning to this location. I felt like an inconvenience.
