I discovered brown tissue pieces in my drive-through coffee this morning and I hope it doesn’t have nasal secretions on it which would be thoroughly disgusting. I will not be returning to this location!!!

Shouldn’t have to wait for food for more then 15 minutes especially when they are not that busy in drive through, the fact that it’s been two days in a row I’ve been asked to pull out front and wait is not ok! You guys need to figure it out used to be my favourite spot to go but now your to worried about making your window times look better instead of making your customers happy!
It was the best tims so far, friendly, fast services, good food, nice portions on the cold beverages. But just one thing, glazed donnuts could be better if they put it in a small box, cause all the glaze get stick on the bag. 😬😬

I had a bad experience at the drive-thru today (November 22, 2024 - 3:50pm). I asked politely to add a Coke to my order and requested a knife. The employee seemed annoyed and asked, "Why are you asking for so much?" When I asked what was wrong, she said, "We have a timer," and then closed the window without helping me further.
I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy the service here, but this was very rude. I hope management addresses this because I don’t want to be treated like that again.
