Wow this place use to be a good place to come get a cup of coffee but the staff they have working the window are rude and pushes what happened to this location is sad to see

very bad customer service. its the third time that i dont receive my order in a proper way . every time all the employee standing near the drive thru window no one is care about the front customer. Today i order a coffee and they dont even fill that in a proper way there ia only a half. a last couple of months ago i visit here that time they talk with a very rude manner thats why i choose the second tim hortans location, but that one is closed now for renovation thats why i have not any chance. So dispointed.

I was recently it this timmies and they had a house fly in the donut fridge. When i showed them the photo, the lady working there was super ignorant and said we can’t really do anything about. This is a public health and safety problem.

Just paid 10 bucks for 2 moldy bagels and a coffee. That's just what I need on my night shift. Atleast the coffee was OK.
The coffee here is always fresh, which I love — but it’s Carolyn who really makes my day. She’s got that classic, old-school coffee shop vibe with a “Here’s your coffee, drink it and wake up!” attitude that always puts a smile on my face. Her customer service is some of my favorite anywhere. Thanks for starting my mornings off right, Carolyn!
