So slowwwwwww. It's an airport. People are in a hurry. Hire more staff please!!!!!
Got no milk substitutes at all. Anyone with lactose intolerance should just go to Starbucks.
They don’t ask if you would like to order as a meal even you collect everything and forgot to tell you want a meal . The English muffin one side looks like someone bite already! Don not go . Very bad store .

Ham & cheese sub - no toasting option! Yogurt looks like it is tapioca 🤢 and granola, I think! Sorry you don’t get to earn points!

Worst service ever ,they always in a rush .I ordered steeped tea triple triple .Even Owner, of the store made she did not stirred ,Just gave as it is-probably with 1 cream and 1 sugar .Surprised to see apart from employees,Managers(Owner ,provide this kind of service),if it’s busy ,that’s not a customer’s fault .
When I told her it’s not good,She was laughing like I’m crazy telling me not to be angry. Why would I’ll be angry.I was trying to let you know ,please stir🤦♂️🤦♂️Horrible Service!!!!

I recently ordered a sandwich, which was overpriced, only to discover they forgot the turkey. Unfortunately, I placed the order just as I was boarding my flight and didn’t check it until after I had left. Oh, and there were flies on donuts.

Absolutely horrible experience. They will take the corporate electronic gift cards. This should be fraud on the part of Tim Hortons corporate to take your money with the promise of using it at Tim Hortons locations only to actually not be able to use the money you gave them.

By far must be counted as one of the busiest tim hortons! But 3 ladies who were slow as ever and least efficient!!! And only one till functional????? Shows how much they care for passengers hustling to board flights!
