This Tim Hortons is always clean and tidy. I especially loved the Christmas decorations this year. Whoever made those Christmas cup wreaths are very creative! What a genius. The staff are always nice. The Assistant Manager, Tim, was very friendly, efficient, had amazing customer service and showed great leadership. I could tell he loves his job and gets along well with his staff. The donuts and coffee tasted great!

Bad customer service rep. So rude. I couldn’t catch her exact name maybe “Shadeu” or something like that was working today Dec 19 at 1 PM. VERY rude person. This is the second time I encountered her. The other time she was talking for so long with someone in her language turns out it was just someone she knows & yet I’m waiting to order.. this place is not managed properly.

I came in this morning to a very cheerful staff. Everyone was laughing and joking. The atmosphere in here is always wonderful. Tim is fast efficient and great at his job, Mel is a wonderful woman who is always friendly to her customers, I enjoy seeing her smiling face. I ordered food and a drink and it was prompt no waiting at all.

Sadie did so good great customer service !! One issue I had was with SIMRAT, she was so rude in rushing us while we were ordering and had given dirty looks and was rude to other workers. Not acceptable at all. If she is a cashier taking my order I will not be coming here to order.
