We went to order some tea and some food. But lady behind the counter was not interested in serving us. They don't have most of the items from menu. Upon asking what wraps do you have, she was not ready to answer. After asking few times she answered. Please save some time and don't go to this store.

I stopped here because I was heading to Stoney Trail. The location is in a Walmart Super Center, so parking can be difficult to find. I was not expecting much, but I was very surprised by the service I received. The person taking my order was pleasant and friendly. I received my order in less than 3 minutes, which included a bacon belt. This is quicker than some other Tim's I go to. I will stop by here again when I leave Chestermere going west.

One of the worst locations for Tim Hortons in my opinion. Black coffee only....with added milk or cream.....no cappuccino and latte...small compartment...
They don’t even know how to deal with a customer. I was here just now at 2:46pm and an employee working here just threw my bag of food that I ordered in front of me. I myself work in sales and this kind of behaviour is not tolerated. Maybe teach your staff how to deal with customers.

Asked for chocolate milk in my ice cap, was told they don't have chocolate milk. I looked over and I see they have cartons, I grab one and it's empty. They then tell me "those are just for display". WHY IS THERE EMPTY CARTONS OF MILK ON THE SHELF!
