They don’t even know how to deal with a customer.
I was here just now at 2:46pm and an employee working here just threw my bag of food that I ordered in front of me. I myself work in sales and this kind of behaviour is not tolerated. Maybe teach your staff how to deal with customers.

Asked for chocolate milk in my ice cap, was told they don't have chocolate milk. I looked over and I see they have cartons, I grab one and it's empty. They then tell me "those are just for display". WHY IS THERE EMPTY CARTONS OF MILK ON THE SHELF!

I was served by indian girl i guess her name was simran - had smile on face, served me my order with good bagel suggestion (which i really liked). And it was really busy and she gave more than her 100%.

I am regular customer goes for something everyday to tim hortons. today it was busy and and only one indian girl working the customer before me she forgot to give him donut in his order. Then it was my turn she took order made my french vanilla and i was saying i need sleve please, she went away to take next customer if its busy doesn't mean it customers fault. I was trying to pick up the sleve and she turned , shouting, you have to ask for things i was like i asked she was like i didn't heard it. Is that customers fault that they are helping themselves when your staff is just making the stuff through it on counter and leave to take next customer. Being busy doesn't mean to shout at customers and insult them. I would like to give ????for their service.
