The older gentlemen working the till was absolutely delightful! I would go to this location just to see him! He is the sweetest, kindest, most enthusiastic worker I’ve ever met. This gentlemen has such a big heart and Tim Hortons should be proud to have his face greeting customers! This is the face you want to see and the personality greet you on a bad day.

Very rude indian woman on the cash when ordering. She was very impolite, kept talking to the other staff while we were ordering, and rudely cut my elderly father off when he was asking if they had old fashioned donuts. She was also scrolling on her phone which was very unhygenic. I was astonished at her abruptness and unprofessionalism. I am surprised how she is still employed by this company, but I can assure you I will no longer visit that location or bring my Father for our weekly lunch.

Rudest petit Indian woman with the biggest attitude (working on 12.5.23 at 6:15 pm) She should be banned from working at cash. Rude, obnoxious and blabbers non stop with a very loud, angry tone. Walked off and never came back to serve us, so we left! Check your cameras!!! I will never stop there again! Also, clean up, it’s filthy!

To start off the lady at the till was extremely rude, which I could've looked past. I have worked in retail, I know working with the public can be draining. But then there's the food and coffee. I have Tim Horton every morning this is the first time I have visited this location. & the coffee was the grossest thing I have ever tasted. It tasted like the coffee makers have never been cleaned, and the coffee was burnt. ???. And my chicken sandwich had like no sauce ?. Thank God there is a Starbucks near by, I now understand why people prefer Starbucks.

I love their banana bread chocolate chip muffins, the TimBits were a little dry, coffee... yum!! Had to wait a few mins to get served tho and no one was in line when I got there. Hmm???
