Tim Hortons is a recommendation from my sister for visiting Canada for the first time. Ive put this on my bucket list and I'm glad I did! It wasn't until the last day of my Canada trip that I tried Tim Hortons and it did not disappoint! I went there for breakfast and there was so many selections to choice from! They have such a wide variety of donuts, pastries, and all sorts of drinks. It made me feel like a kid with that giddy feeling because there were so much good sweets to choose from!The service wasn't super great, I felt like it's similar to a fast food joint as they just want to finish you quick so they can go to the next customer. The setting of the place is also very fast food joint like, don't expect anything fancy. But I do love the variety of options at this place and how quick your order comes out!

I was in there at 10:44 a.m. Dec18 A guy with a mask served me I asked him about my rewards and stuff and he totally ignored me twice when I said it. he just kept repeating how much I owed very unprofessional I will not go in here anymore or you should hire people that know how to deal with customers not rude jerks!!Also when I asked if there were more apple fritters or Boston creams he said no? It's not even noon and you're trying to tell me you're out of those for the whole day? Highly doubt it very unprofessional and lazy

I ordered a habenaro chicken bowl today . Asked for extra sauce and bacon I paid for that . But when I got order I got small amount of food either 2 strips of bacon and regular amount of sauce . And also they forgot to give me other item I paid for I asked 5 times for that I had to wait 30 mins for that jalapeños pastry which was on the counter shelf.Staff isn't right. And that was very disappointing and I wasted my moeny and time over there

Chipotle pizza with nothing chipotle. Pizza with no sauce flavor or spice. Just cheese and breakfast sausage, not even a spicy sausage. Seriously, I asked for no jalapenos, so it should still have chipotle flavor, and nothing. Essentially, they served me cheese toast with pork sausage bland on top. Never

Service is simply disgusting, no employee over there is respectful and welcoming. They always waste my time by making bad drinks. And I complained today that, that's not what I want you made it wrong instead of being apologetic, they argue and misbehave in front of everyone. (they also made fun of me and the situation in their language). This place's owner should consider these things. The staff is horrible, they don't know about respect and kindness at all.

Service is absolutely horrendous on a good day. Not only are they super slow for the amount of people who work there but I'm not impressed for their customer service attitudes.
I had worst experience they sale expired products, I wrote a review and it's been deleted I will keep posting, because everyone has to be aware, the worst part I went back to the store and the supervisor was rude she was speaking with her colleagues in her language and they started to laugh instead of acknowledging and apologizing.

I'm not entirely certain why the wait for your food here is so long. My most recent visit was on a Saturday and in the morning. There were not many customers, but I was not impressed by how long it took to process orders. The floor plan is fairly wide but disorganized. The food was Tim's level.I don't mean to sound harsh but this location can hardly be classified as "fast" food.
