I visit this store almost everyday. Huge problems with coffee taste here. I've stopped asking for a fresh brew or returning the coffee when it taste worst than burnt tires as that a routine here. I always regret paying for the coffee here but still visit as this one remains open till 11pm and closest to my location. Staff is friendly, some are even extra ordinary, cleaning is okay (frequency of cleaning trips can be improved). Please do something about your coffee taste, see what Royal Oak NW is doing and may be just copy that. (Update Feb 11, 2025: Coffee taste has improved !!)

Clean but almost no choice left
This Timmies has less consistency than the weather in Calgary, sometimes the coffee is fine, sometimes it tastes like burnt hair and sometimes they just give you a bagel instead. I am only giving it 3 stars because I like surprises.

Visits here are usually okay but today was a disaster. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and paid. They then tell me they have no more buffalo sauce and if I want a different wrap. I choose a different wrap, wait, then they tell me they are out of rice and ask if I want a pizza or flatbread. This was at 12pm. Also had to remind them to give me my cold brew as they had forgotten. Once I got home and opened my bag, they also gave me the wrong donut.

The speaker person was not happy, nor were they sad…mad? They got my order correct so that’s cool. 5 frign stars are all for the awesome smiley and friendly window guy. Thank you sir for being a kind human and bringing a smile to my face with your big smile. Lovely. Also the food was great. Nicely prepped and wrapped up. So thank you to them as well ?

Today i went inside the bathroom it looked pretty clean and the problem is the soap smell is absolutely horrible and long lasting
My concern is that wen i was driving i didnt know what that smell was and i almost paassed out mid drive please next time
Check the puality and the smell of the soap
Otherwise the shop is decient❤️

The management of this store, in my opinion, is the problem. Every time I visit this store, I see the employees occupied in conversation with one another.
Customers who are waiting to place an order don't matter to them.
All they have going on is their own problem.
It can be quite difficult for me to concentrate on my job at times because of how loud their conversations are.
Another issue with this store is that the employees never say hello or thank you to customers, even when I do.
They're all deficient in customer service. I'm still confused as to why the manager let things stand as they are.

Inaccurate orders. Poor customer service. Also, if I wanted bacon, I would ask for bacon. My egg and cheese sandwiches reek of bacon because most likely they just remove bacon from sandwiches and give it to you when and you ask for an egg and cheese sandwich. Will just take my business elsewhere
