It was Christmas rush, i was about to order the birthday cake timbits but unfortunately only 2 or 3 was left , when i asked politely the lady if there was still another batch coming she just arrogantly said it just whats left there and she made a face at me😏

PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO STOP TALKING TO EACH OTHER SO LOUDLY. THEYRE LOUDER THAN THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE TRYING TO HAVE CONVERSATIONS. TELL THEM TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE SOME CLASS.

I’m really disappointed with the hot chocolate I ordered here. For a place that prides itself on quality drinks, this one completely missed the mark. The hot chocolate tasted watery and bland, almost like it was made with cheap powder and too much hot water. It wasn’t creamy, rich, or chocolatey at all—basically the opposite of what a good hot chocolate should be. This is happened third time in a row. To make things worse, the drink was barely warm by the time it reached me, and the texture was oddly gritty. I expected much better, especially for the price. Unfortunately, this experience left me unimpressed, and I won’t be ordering hot chocolate from here again.

This is my second visit to Calgary... Almost every alternate day I am taking coffee from SageQuarter Tim Hortons... I like coffee at Tims and love to spend time...
I’ll go somewhere else which sells real coffee. Unfortunately, people in this country dont know what coffee is and think this is real coffee 😆

Hi I always come to this location, almost every day, some times twice a day too, but for some reasons this is third times , either they are out of product or they charge the items and don’t give the right food items , eg- today , close to lunch , 1- they don’t have protein ice latte , I ordered 2- Tim’s lunch time don’t have scrambled eggs , I ordered croissants egg and cheese
I ordered plain bagel 🥯, they give me plain croissant ,
Some time I order extra large coffee 1/2 milk. They miss it. Some time I am ok with small missing , I know they are fast It is ok But
I had same issue a few days ago , my ordered was totally wrong
I brought it up to the drive thru cashier She did acknowledge that, and asked me she will replace on my next visit
Today again , wrong order plus they charge me for item I have never asked
I went inside , this guy i was not happy with his interaction , I talk to him about replacing my wrong order from a day ago ,in drive thru he said to call and then we replace it , I said ok
Today I got him red handed himself give me wrong order and I went inside. I want to talk to him, but he did not want to talk he was kind of ……. , he asked one of the cashier to replace only the missed item that is it. Very very rrrrrrr……….., I need manger to call me immediately Thank you
