It's sad to see what a once beloved Canadian franchise is letting its stores become and its standards its allowing. Definitely time to boycott as literally any other fast food place does it better than any Tim Hortons in Canada now.

I don’t usually go to this place but since this is the nearest Tim from our house Legacy Tim Horton along 210 ave se I tried today as I’m too hungry. I enter the store with one lady in front of me and we were I front of the counter for almost 30 minutes one sales lady was doing sandwhich and coffee for the drive thru two ladies are getting orders and one is giving orders all for the drive thru 4 staffs at that time were attending orders at the drive thru we kept waiting that lady making sandwiches is looking at us twice and I was thinking she’ll come with us but she still Continue what she is doing I short the other person at the drive thru finally came to us after almost an hour he take our order and back to his place I was waiting one of my order without informing me that it was reheated and that is already one hr of waiting I ask him where is my food and the lady I front of me handed the doughnut without saying anything so I grab it and I said to my dismayed bad service you’re very slow Never come to this store again terrible .

This Tim Hortons is ridiculous. They don’t even put food in a bag, they hand everything out individually, which makes no sense at all. When I asked about it few days ago, the lady was rude and told me they’re “not supposed to” put food in a bag. On top of that, I order my coffee with 3 cream every time and it’s always cold and the food ends up soggy. Bad service, bad attitude, and poor quality. Definitely needs improvement.

I usually visit this location often and have always been satisfied with the service. However, today was truly the worst experience I’ve had.
I ordered a medium black cold coffee (paid $3.14), but I was given a small instead. When I pointed it out, the female Indian staff member insisted, “You said SMALL” and never once apologized. I paid for my drink, and as a customer, the least I expect is basic respect.
Even though I still said “thank you” out of courtesy, she didn’t bother to say “sorry” or even “thank you” back. If she wasn’t sure, she could have simply checked the order on the payment system, but instead she looked at me as if I was begging for something. It was extremely disrespectful and ruined what should have been a good morning.
