I usually visit this location often and have always been satisfied with the service. However, today was truly the worst experience I’ve had.

I ordered a medium black cold coffee (paid $3.14), but I was given a small instead. When I pointed it out, the female Indian staff member insisted, “You said SMALL” and never once apologized. I paid for my drink, and as a customer, the least I expect is basic respect.

Even though I still said “thank you” out of courtesy, she didn’t bother to say “sorry” or even “thank you” back. If she wasn’t sure, she could have simply checked the order on the payment system, but instead she looked at me as if I was begging for something. It was extremely disrespectful and ruined what should have been a good morning.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. The drive-thru experience is terrible the staff come across as lazy and very impolite, and you can even hear them complaining about customer orders in the back. When they don’t feel like making certain drinks, they simply say the item is “not available” anymore.

I ordered an iced latte with marshmallow foam and instead received a cold brew loaded with syrup. It was so poorly made I couldn’t even drink it. At this point, I’d rather pay a little more at the Starbucks across the street, where at least I can count on my order being correct and prepared properly.

Tim Hortons really needs to improve both service and consistency at this location

My wife and I used the drive through this morning.... it was not a good experience.

I ordered a large green tea with two milk.
The employee entered orange peeko. No problem, I asked them to correct it and they said it would be fixed. We get to the window and they hand us an orange peeko. I ask them to fix it and the lady goes and grabs a new drink. She hands me a coffee. I give it back to her telling her 'thats coffee'. She doesnt say anything, she just makes an upset noise and walks away. A minute later she comes back. Finally, its a green tea. We drive away, taste the drink a few minutes later, and its still not what we ordered. They added a ton of sugar to it.

I am currently in line at Starbucks, I am late for work and my wife does not have her tea yet.

Throughout the entire experience there was no apologies, no explanations, not even a hello to start it off.

Perhaps some training on customer service is needed?
