7/10 times I go through the drive-through I can’t hardly drink my coffee. It’s like the person sprayed the cap with cheep perfume or hand lotion. I have to ask the lid off. This morning it was so bad I had to open the window. And that’s it they even get the order right. And the guy (the only guy) that works the morning shift should not be allowed to take the orders. He is useless and tries to multitask when taking the order. You will I have to repeat yourself 4 to 5 times. Is useless and needs to be fired

I don’t understand why this Tims cannot ever get an order correct. It is literally something everytime and I foolishly go back! Today was a banana pecan muffin and I got a Raisin Bran. Check your orders before you drive away from the window!

We ordered two bagel It wasn’t toasted and they slapped the butter on and also I ordered steep tea and they gave me a coffee. I am really disappointed.

I order crispy chicken bowl yesterday Saturday around 6:30 pm and i bring it home and when start eating after 5 6 bites . I feel something in my mouth and its piece plastic side corner cutting. So this is not acceptable. I need justice tim horton. If something happend with me and plastic piece chook in my throats then who is responsible. I pay from my points card. I have still piece of plastic with me. Let see how i can find justic.

I don’t usually go to this place but since this is the nearest Tim from our house I tried today as I’m too hungry. I enter the store with one lady in front of me and we were I front of the counter for almost 30 minutes one sales lady was doing sandwhich and coffee for the drive thru two ladies are getting orders and one is giving orders all for the drive thru 4 staffs at that time were attending orders at the drive thru we kept waiting that lady making sandwiches is looking at us twice and I was thinking she’ll come with us but she still Continue what she is doing I short the other person at the drive thru finally came to us after almost an hour he take our order and back to his place I was waiting one of my order without informing me that it was reheated and that is already one hr of waiting I ask him where is my food and the lady I front of me handed the doughnut without saying anything so I grab it and I said to my dismayed bad service you’re very slow

I'm not usually the type of person to leave a review but the order accuracy of this drive thru is so bad. I always order the same thing, ice coffee and half the time there is no sugar in the drink. Normally I don't bring it up to staff because there isn't enough time to hold up the drive thru or circle back for a correction. But today I told staff there was no sugar in my drink and the two of them looked completely bewildered. They remade my drink and it was the exact same thing, no sugar. Seems like some people there need to be retrained on how to make the drink properly. I've worked at Tim Hortons before, the drink is standardized and should be the same at every restaurant.

Awful experience at the drive-thru. The staff were rude, and the person handing me my order got upset because I asked for a coffee tray. She then handled my coffee by the lid with dirty gloves. Totally unhygienic and unprofessional.

I ordered 4 muffins and 2apple fritters in the drive thru and they put it in two separate bags, when I ask why is it in two separate bags? They said I have to ask to put it in a box. Why do I have to tell them to put it in a box when if I ordered inside the store the same items they automatically put it in a box? It’s six items!!!
There is a lot of complaints in this location!!!

I would recommend reconsidering this location. It seems there’s a consistent issue with order accuracy; when I ask for extra sauce on sandwiches and pay for extra, I often receive none at all then realize when I get home or to my destination. They usher you out of the drive-thru so quick, they don’t like you holding up the line, even if there’s only one car behind you so you can’t check your food. There appears to be a significant disconnect between the drive-thru communication and the kitchen staff.

Check your bags before you pull out of the drive through! 3 times this week they have sent me on my way without food I paid for. I tried calling to complain but they don't answer.
