I take the drive thru here in the mornings only, and I find the staff approach is acceptable. I had some wrong orders but they replaced it so it’s ok. Sometimes they apologize, sometimes they don’t, and that’s ok too. At least I get my coffee to get through the day. Thanks TH.
I am a regular at Tim Hortons! and I always opt for the coffee there! The owner is super friendly and always receives excellent service! But in Legacy, SE, Today August 27th at 5:30-6pm I went to the drive thru! Over 8 min wait! Super slow orders, and when I arrived in the Window, she didn’t even say hello, her service was horrible! She had 0 desire to serve or work! And to top it off the coffee was horrible. I hope they can improve customer service! We all have a bad day but...

This is beyond frustrating as some staff are great and some just don’t seem to care.
Is there an issue with the speaker because this is the 3rd time this week. Do Better!!!!
If I wanted extra sugar in my coffee - I would request it.
