The only Tim Hortons I've been to that has given me an Unloaded Wrap, sans grains and mostly tortilla, still yummy but feel it wasn't worth the purchase.

For the 4000 th time, 2 SUGAR, ONE CREAM. Just went thru the drive thru- guess what? They screwed my order up again. I was the only car in the drive thru. I must be in a bad dream these people can’t take an order properly. Jesus
I just went through the drive thru at Walden Tim Hortons- 2 SUGAR, 1 CREAM. They give me 2 CREAM , 1 SUGAR. The second time in two days. I have a better chance winning the lottery, than getting my coffee order correct. Absolutely maddening !!! There only job is too fill a coffee order, and they can’t do that correct- time to find another job people. A five year old could figure it out. The drive thru had two cars, they weren’t busy.

Probably the worst timmies in the city. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a double double. My bagel had cream cheese only on HALF of it, and it was burnt to the point where it tasted like charred coal. My coffee tasted like DAYS old burnt crap with no sugar and barely any milk, it was essentially black but days old black coffee. I said this to the girl at the window, NICELY and she muttered things in Tagalog (I think?) and just said we’re busy thank you have a good day. This is my 10th time at this Tim Hortons on my way out of the city and by far the worst service and terrible unsafe food.

This location is horrible, definitely recommend driving to legacy. They talk over you while you order and never get the order right. I always order an ice capp with a vanilla shot but that’s always too confusing for them and I always get whipped cream or the wrong flavour shot so I’ve even ordered a vanilla ice capp to make it easier for them and they still always give me the wrong flavour. I’ve tried ordering from here for my daily coffees before work but I’d rather leave earlier and go to legacy.

I simply recommend driving the 6 minutes to the Legacy Tim's as this location in the gas station is NOT GOOD. Got some potato wedges last night and they were inedible, had to go in the trash. They tasted like they were 7 hours old, just sitting out. Thought I chipped a tooth.

80 percent of the time, they make some error with the order. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. The worst part of it is they don't apologize for their mistakes at all. Even their manager is the same. Customer service is terrible. Also they never answer their phone, incase you have a complaint.
Went through drive thru around 10:10pm lady at drive thru claimed no food after 10pm when location closes at 11pm. Lady was rude, unfriendly at window. Super grumpy. Boxes of baking were on back counter which leads me to believe they lied about no food after 10pm. Will not be returning.
