These guys are great, quick, organized, and consistently on top of things. The place is always clean and well maintained. My only downside is that the parking lot can get pretty chaotic in the mornings; it’s small and fills up fast, so getting in and out can take a few extra minutes.

The Food and Coffee is always in point. Staff is friendly. The 3 stars service i had to give is regarding the speaker system in the drive thru. I strongly believe there must be some sort of a wall build in between crowchild and the orders speaker. As it's very hard to place orders when traffic goes by on crowchild. Between staff and customer unable to hear .

as someone with food restrictions, this place is a nightmare. I’ve recently been enjoying these loaded scrambled egg boxes that were released earlier this year, but I ordered one today and received a croissant instead? This is far from the first time this place has messed up. Crispy chicken instead of slow-cooked, bacon when i ordered sausage, and now a sandwich instead of a box? The reading comprehension is substandard at best and because I often go in the mornings before work I cannot just turn around and return it. I’m in a rush to get to my job. This is probably a once a month issue. The staff is usually very friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic, I see the owner in there all the time doing his best. It’s just frustrating that now I don’t get to have my breakfast and I wasted $8.

I always feel cramped whenever I go into a Tim's. Plus their one cup only coffee, makes me feel like they just want to get rid of the customer. Every Tim Hortons is a mess! Why doesn't each Tim's hire a floater, whom only helps in the back only when the tables and washrooms are clean?
