I visited this Tim Hortons around 6:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The washroom was blocked off, and when I asked the staff, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes as it was drying. I waited the full 30 minutes, asked again, and was told it was still wet and smelled of chemicals.

Another customer also asked to use the washroom and was told to go to McDonald’s across the street. After waiting over 45 minutes, I asked for a manager. A supervisor checked the washroom and then confirmed it was dry and usable.

I was the only customer in the store during this time, yet I had to wait unnecessarily long just to use the washroom. The situation could have been handled much better, and I hope the franchise looks into improving service and communication.

I buy my coffee here every morning, it’s always fresh, hot and delicious. Love everyone working here, they are very kind.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Cleanliness

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service and cleanliness at your store. When I arrived, the floor was noticeably dirty, which immediately gave a poor impression.

I had placed my order online while at the store and sat down to wait. Despite ordering before another customer, I watched as she received her food and left, while I continued to wait—without any updates or acknowledgment. After sitting for about 10 minutes, I couldn’t wait any longer and approached the counter to ask about my order.

This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope you’ll take steps to improve both the speed of service and the cleanliness of the store.

I think this is by far my go to drive thru place for an early morning coffee before going to work. I appreciate the nice staffs greeting you at the window. I usually come before 7am. Pastries are always fresh still hot. Theyre much much better than the timmis near my place.

the loud guy in glasses was annoying… i wanted to dine in but cannot enjoy my food cause he was so loud and not being considerate of other people inside the store..

There was white, I think caucasian lady at the Window, and she was extremely impatient and was kind of fighting and resisiting with everything she was doing with lots of complainings. Very strange. We tried to add a bagel 🥯 to our already done order at the window, and she refused to add more as she said she could not as she was on a time schedule. Also there were no vehicles behind us.I have never ever seen in my life such a service in any tim horton or Macdonald or KFC or any restaurant with a drive thru in any province in Canada. They all always add things at the window if in case you miss ordering something. Anyway, I only told her to calm down, but she said that please please don't talk to me like that and started saying please leave. Please leave me again and again.
Strange, extremely strange from this senior lady. She should be fired as soon as possible to save this tim Hortons location on an urgent basis as she is lethal for the business.
This matured (senior) lady was very loud, extremely un professional, and has learned no etiquette, showing her lack of interest towards customers.
This happened on Saturday, March 15th, somewhere between 10:45 AM and 11:45 AM at Tim Hortons located at 177 Country Hills Blvd NW, Unit 238 Calgary Alberta T3K 4W4.
