My 12 year old son came into your restaurant on Monday December 29th
To order a ice cap with his gift card that he received as a gift for Christmas.
Your employee had him swipe his card 2 times as they said the first payment didn't go through.
He was charged 2 times.
My son obviously was not aware of this and went back today and he had nothing left on his card.
Someone was doing their job properly as this should have been caught right away.
I pray that he was not taken advantage of because he is a child.

ngl probably the best tim hortons in calgary there so chill and nice and the drive thru goes pretty quickly i’ve never had a problem here unlike a lot of tim hortons in the area there is this one older lady that works in the drive thru who is always super nice and friendly

I have been avoiding Tim Hortons for years because customer service at most locations is rushed and orders are usually wrong, but THIS location has completely changed my mind.

This Tim Hortons (177 Country Hills Blvd NW Unit 238) is absolutely the best one I’ve been to in over 5 years.

Amanda (usually at the drive-thru) deserves a huge shout-out. She is polite, professional, and always makes sure my order is exactly right. She never rushes and still keeps the line moving fast.

The entire team here provides excellent customer service every single time. This is now my everyday coffee and breakfast stop.

Great job to the whole team! Keep it up, this is how customer service should be.

They must be using a plastic kids knife to be cutting the bagels cause how are you? Gonna smash my bagel flat and not cut it all the way through. I’m not gonna say who but it’s the new people that’s ruined Tim Hortons.

Did not put napkins in the bag. This is not the first time. And i think its already a Tim Horton policy to not put napkins in the bag unless if you ask for it. At list one napkin has to be in the bag when you purchase a meal.

“I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. The crew leader/supervisor gave me the wrong order and did not listen carefully when I tried to explain the issue. This showed a lack of attention to detail, which made the experience frustrating. What made the situation worse is that they laughed at me and said, ‘It’s your problem.’

I visited this Tim Hortons around 6:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. The washroom was blocked off, and when I asked the staff, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes as it was drying. I waited the full 30 minutes, asked again, and was told it was still wet and smelled of chemicals.

Another customer also asked to use the washroom and was told to go to McDonald’s across the street. After waiting over 45 minutes, I asked for a manager. A supervisor checked the washroom and then confirmed it was dry and usable.

I was the only customer in the store during this time, yet I had to wait unnecessarily long just to use the washroom. The situation could have been handled much better, and I hope the franchise looks into improving service and communication.
