There was white, I think caucasian lady at the Window, and she was extremely impatient and was kind of fighting and resisiting with everything she was doing with lots of complainings. Very strange. We tried to add a bagel 🥯 to our already done order at the window, and she refused to add more as she said she could not as she was on a time schedule. Also there were no vehicles behind us.I have never ever seen in my life such a service in any tim horton or Macdonald or KFC or any restaurant with a drive thru in any province in Canada. They all always add things at the window if in case you miss ordering something. Anyway, I only told her to calm down, but she said that please please don't talk to me like that and started saying please leave. Please leave me again and again.
Strange, extremely strange from this senior lady. She should be fired as soon as possible to save this tim Hortons location on an urgent basis as she is lethal for the business.
This matured (senior) lady was very loud, extremely un professional, and has learned no etiquette, showing her lack of interest towards customers.
This happened on Saturday, March 15th, somewhere between 10:45 AM and 11:45 AM at Tim Hortons located at 177 Country Hills Blvd NW, Unit 238 Calgary Alberta T3K 4W4.

I found the drive through service to be really negative and the workers are not respectful. I was asked “which one” and was confused so I said “sorry?” And with a really sappy and rude tone they said “I don’t know which size you want” and the entire conversation was just very forced.

Poor and rude customer service. Even though the old lady don’t know how to speak with the customer’s and wrong order giving to me.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. I go there later in the evenings most times, after 8pm, and the staff are so nice. They also always have their steamer working to make my London Fog unlike other locations.

I guess in order for there to be donuts u have to go before 12:00 pm. Every time I go they are out of donuts and have like two options. I get the probably don’t get sent much but it’s not even that late when I go. Give me my chocolate glazed donut that I’ve been asking for for a week but ur always out when I go in the evening I’m sad.

Terrible service the last couple of weeks. More often than not they get my simple order of steeped tea wrong. Either give me cool tea or coffee or add extra sugar. I hate to waste it and cannot always make a run back. Do better please.

Morning staff is terrible food is mediocre and the drive through is a mess as they have the garbage bins closed due to “Bees/wasp” come on there has been no bees or wasps for going on two weeks now! Now your staff is being lazy!
