Even though the store wasn’t busy, the staff didn’t check mobile orders in a timely manner and only noticed my order after I had already arrived. This caused unnecessary delays and showed a lack of basic attentiveness.
Every time the food is made, it feels careless and rushed, with no effort or pride in the quality.
This time, the bread was completely burnt, just like in the photo. Honestly, I have to ask: would anyone willingly pay for food in this condition?
I used to come here often because it’s close to my home, but almost every visit has been disappointing. The food quality is consistently poor, and the staff’s attitude is unprofessional and indifferent.
After repeated bad experiences, I won’t be coming back again.

I used the drive-thru. I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck in front of me had paid for my order. I was disappointed that I can no longer buy boxes of their Earl Grey tea at this location.

I got stale donuts. When you ask for a box of donuts as a customer they should ask you if you would like to choose. This lady starts putting it herself. Anyhow, I understand why they were going to put it themselves cause they had inventory from the night before. I am not happy. Do not get donuts from this location.

i have no complaints about the cashier, but the flatbread pizza they gave me was a joke. it's legitimately just bread with a side of sauce and pepperoni. i'd be more understanding if this were cheap as hell, but they charging $9 for this.

I was here Sunday 14/12/25 between 12 & 1pm. Bought a Supreme stack to go. When I opened it at home, it was missing the top half of the bun. Looked messy!!!! Employees not polite too, she basically shoved my food to me!!!

The worse experience I have with this location. I came today in the morning saw an employee named Ahmed, I ordered extra large coffee and asked for extra oat milk and honey on the side, what he did is he gave me large coffee and a little bit of oat milk in a cup and wanted to make me pay 10 cents( to make it equal) genius hey, to make it smaller size and charge me for the cup. And when I told him he kept arguing. The coffee tasted like crap, not enough milk and not sweet anough, he made it just like I don't give a damn, zero manner, zero experience, and zero everything I guess, and when I spoke to the supervisor she said he has experience for over a year, if over a year experience is like this what if it's less? How many customers is that location losing because of this behavior? You should give him training from scratch, please hire better people than this. I hope the owner and management have a closer look, because if it keeps going like this, it's not good. My comment shouldn't be taken with sensitivity, on the contrary, to make tim hortons better, because it's not a small business, it's Tim Hortons. Thank you.
