Worst Tim Horton's ever. Ordered everything everything bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, lettuce & steep tea with 2 milk. First was given steep tea with no milk, which was apparently fixed but turned out later that it was coffee not tea. For bagel, the lady screwed the order by giving a separate bagel and another hot dog bun with tomatoes and lettuce. Bagel only had cream cheese on it. Not sure if they read the order or just do things on their own. Not to be racist, but the staff is mostly older Indian ladies, not sure if they understand the language. Worst ever experience at a Tim Hortons especially at a airport where you want to relax for a little while during your long flight. Hopefully never going back to this location.

My chilli was served cold and bun was so dry it was crumbling apart in my hands. I went to get new, softer bun and was told that if I toast the bun it’ll be softer. They don’t do rewards points and serve a fraction of the menu. Might be the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever come through.

I’m a little disappointed because they did not understand our order and they had no London Fog. I’d expect the airport food court to be updated with their menus and it would be the same with other Tim Hortons as well.
This was probably the cheapest meal in the airport so that's why I head here if I'm hungry.
I grabbed the Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, which, surprisingly, had a lot of bacon. Usually, in these types of sandwiches, you get like 1 or 2 slices, but this sandwich was packed with bacon and, tastewise, had bacon-y flavor.
The overall taste of the sandwich was flavorful and delicious. I would buy this 100% again.

Worst tim hortons ever, i asked them to toast my croissants with butter and they said their toaster will burn it and just microwaved it instead. They toasted my three croissants in the bag and it turned into something else, i had to throw them off.

This has got to be the single worst Tims I’ve ever been to. lol. Customer service is terrible; employees have given me the wrong thing many times, they are consistently rude or blunt and wait times are extremely long. I’m not even gonna get into how expensive it is, because that comes with being in an airport. Overall, I am disappointed. Lol

Ordered a breakfast sandwich (bagel belt), a med ice black coffee, and a hash brown. After I received my sandwich. In a crowded chaotic waiting line I didn’t received my drink, I had ask for my order. When I received a drink it wasn’t at all what i ordered and I had to correct the person 3times before I received my correct drink. No hash brown, after asking patently 3 times. I never review but this was an experience, in incompetence and laughable bad service.
