It's a Tim Hortons the experience should be like all of the others but oh my God my entire time in Canada I went here twice and the staff we're awful with standards not being kept. My last experience the cashier was on her Bluetooth the whole time talking to somebody else in another language and seemed so unenthused was like hey can I get some help. And you think okay cool you know low paid employee can't expect the world from them but continued talking on the phone during the entire interaction of getting Timbits and checking out. What happened with this might you say well my order wasn't correct and because she wasn't paying attention things got made and the wrong Timbits Got Loaded. I shouldn't have to question whether or not you're going to give me chocolate Timbits but instead get cheesecake. Like come on now this isn't like original verse Honey Dip, they are a completely different color. My first experience also waited forever to be helped at the counter and what I mean by that is at least 5 minutes because the workers were just talking to each other in back. Alongside rolling eyes and sigh finally realized I was inside walking annoyed to the till, gave me the fullest cup of ice with some lemonade. They can't even get the food right here and it's designed to be as easy as possible for the staff. Like I don't know how you screw up this bad with different staff each time, it's one of the worst reviewed Tim Hortons for a reason. I don't know if they franchise here but who's ever operated in the store is losing out a lot of money and only getting by because the brand name is so prestiged. 🤔

I ordered 4 medium iced cap, then the lady asked me if I needed a tray and I loudly confirmed yes, but disrespectfully I received the cups from the east of the desk to the west without a tray, and one of the lids was covered with milk around it 😫. I took a tray that was left there from previous customers.
I paid extra for the whipped cream, but I paid almost the price of one more iced cap, which really wasn’t reasonable. How can 4 small amounts of cream cost 3.8 bucks 🧐? But since I was in a hurry, I paid and left. I put the tray in my car until I reached my destination, and when I took the tray to get out of the car, my whole seat was full of melted coffee and milk because one of the cups was broken, and since it was iced, we couldn’t figure it out immediately. When it melted, it made a mess all over my seat. I took it out, and you can see the picture.
