We went to pick up an order that we placed through Uber Eats at 7:20 pm and they didn't want to serve us because they had already closed the kitchen. It wasn't even 8 pm yet. The lady told us that next time we should place the order before 6:30 pm. The lady's treatment was not good at all, she served us reluctantly and in the end she did give us our order but the pizzas and the coffee were poorly prepared. They tasted bad and the coffee was not good at all.

Worst customer service. They keep chatting and I was the only customer and waited for wrap for 10 minutes. The wrap was super oily. After only one bite I had to throw it. Disgusting!

Such fast & friendly service! So nice to be greeted with a smile & cheery disposition. The staff at this location are so great! The location itself could be tidier though & all of the indoor seating seems to have sadly been removed. I also noticed certain things needed repair like trash cans & signage.

I have been in the food and beverage service from almost 17 years but what I have experienced today was something that I have never experienced before or neither saw someone being treated the same, at 5:10 am I was at the door I saw one of ur staff inside who locked at me and just ignored me for an other 5 min then she opened the door for me, I asked her a question ( are you open she just locked at me and ignored me and went inside talking in Tagalog and I heard the word bakla which I'm very much aware about the word, I entered and asked the girl is everything alright I asked u in English u ignored me and now u r talking badly about me in Tagalog, her reply was very aggressive and defensive and she just started yelling and blaming that she is in a hurry cuz no set up is done though that you open at 5 am, so I had to leave at the end.the staff’s name is Mayla and u can check the cameras and you would see everything and I just hope that the cameras you have has voice recording as well, I'm really disappointed

Ignore the MOBILE PICK UP sign, as the stuff choses where to leave your order for pick up, certainly NOT where the sign says. On top of that, rude when pointed out that the sign indicates a different spot. I was waiting for my order for a bit, getting impatient about the wait, only to find out that the order was actually somewhere else. The location itself is not very clean, disorganized, and the staff (one woman in particular) rude, as she yelled an excuse as to why the food was on a different spot. Did not understand what she said, but anything would be irrelevant, if you take the time to mark the spot for pick up and then ignore and assume your customers would know to go on a scavenger hunt to pick up an order.

A poor customer service I had . I ordered small double double coffee. They gave me cold small double double. It is the 4th time I had experience. I asked them to warm but he was not happy to do that. He said he would micepwave it. I said it should be warm while he served me. The way he acted was not expected from Tim Hortons. He didnt even return my money ($1.67).Is there any responsible managemnt and staff there? Where is good customer service?

5 or 6 people inside and only one serving and preparing coffee... they have a bad face and if you order it seems like you are asking for things for free. The girl who makes the sandwiches, I asked her if it was toasted and she responded in a rude and mocking manner.
