14 minute wait for one coffee, and I ordered it for pick up on mobile app
The employees here only care about wasting their time and taking money. They don't care about the customers. I waited half an hour for a sandwich. I finally had to leave.

Windows are nasty dirty hate to see wat the washrooms look like but even the floor were gross. Definitely wont be coming back to this location. And when I walked it the staff was just standing around while I waited 3 mins to even take my order and there was also someone behide me too. I think the worse part was nobody spoke english. Last time I went to one I had a friend with me that knew wat language and they were making fun of ppl.

Garbage Tim's. Always dirty, always gross, always gets my order wrong. Go to another location, this one is not the Tim's you want to go to.

I walked into the TIM HORTONS today and noticed that the one lady Annette was not there come to find out that she had been fired. She was very outgoing, very kind and friendly to the staff. The other staff in the store were loud, ignorant, rude talking in their own language, and not paying attention to the customers I will not return because this lady Annette is not there anymore. The food was disgusting. The stores run down and dirty.

It is supposed to open at 5.00 but never opens on time
What is the point of a line if you will make the people behind me their coffee first? And then slamming the drinks on the countertop and not even putting the lid on properly.
