Got an ice cap and maple bacon breakfast wrap as I was late for work. I don’t stop at Tim’s often and never this location. I definitely won’t be back. There was one way over cooked piece of maple bacon on the wrap and the ice cap was so sour I had to throw it out.

This is a review of the walnut crunch donut. Tims has some great eats: the Chili and turkey bacon club are my faves.... and you can't beat an apple fritter. But, I made the mistake of ordering a walnut crunch and it was terrible. There was some crunchy texture but zero walnut flavor. The rest of the donut was dry and equally tasteless.

Coffee was good along with the service and atmosphere but the beagle was stale. I would recommend Tim Hortons to prepare fresh food to serve. Rest everything is good.
After being denied service for bringing my bike into the restaurant and leaving it by the door at a close by Tim's it was refreshing to be served in a respectable and fast fashion. Thank you for being a human being and for ensuring I could get food to my meeting :)

Terrible customer service. They are so slow and never have enough staff to keep up with their morning rush. Even if you mobile order, the wait is at least 10 minutes for a coffee. They also get orders wrong with relative frequency and are completely rude about fixing it (and unapologetic). They’re lucky they have a good location, otherwise I’m sure their customer service and general slow service would cause them to shut down.
