After being denied service for bringing my bike into the restaurant and leaving it by the door at a close by Tim's it was refreshing to be served in a respectable and fast fashion. Thank you for being a human being and for ensuring I could get food to my meeting :)

TO THE MANAGER , or whoever can advocate.There NEEDS to be a railing outside of your store. Personally , i have a physical disability and find it incredibly difficult ( especially in the winter) to go up and down the large steps to enter the building

Can be overshadowed/missed due to a lot of local coffee shops in the vicinity. Not a super hustling bustling location (especially non-peak times) compared to most other Tim’s. There are actually comfortable booth-style seats here, free wifi, and multiple charging outlets. -1 star for less variety of donuts and timbits it seems.
