I order a bagel at Tim Hortons with cream cheese and tomato
I get to my car, it has tomato only on a dry bagel
I get out of my car, come back and tell her it has no cream cheese
She stands here telling me it was punched in with just tomato. I tell her that’s not what I ordered, and she starts fighting with me about how I wasn’t charged for cream cheese….
Ma’am. The fact that I just had to walk all the way back here to correct my order should warrant me some free cream cheese….

Got a bagel that had a huge piece of plastic in it. When asked for manager they said they weren’t there. So I went to corporate as this is a major food safety issue and someone could have been seriously injured. All they did was send me an email apologizing. So pathetic. Don’t even bother advocating for yourself, Tim Hortons has lost their quality significantly. Avoid this place they’re not clean nor careful with your food. I realize it’s fast food but that doesn’t mean I should be eating plastic? If Tim Hortons replies to this asking for me to email their customer service I will laugh cuz they don’t even do anything!!! Just just ignore your email, the reply is all for show

Food - Nutella croissants come out for a limited time. Don’t be so stingy on the Nutella filling. If I wanted a plain croissant that’s what I’d get.
Service - The cashier (Brad) was a young fellow. Very friendly, great communicator. The helpers / servers are fast and friendly, The manager, when addressed about the problem said “maybe the other places aren’t doing the filling to standard” Just what a Nutella fan, who has had great experiences with Nutella Croissants across Alberta wants to hear - not.
Atmosphere - heavy rock music? At University District? Has this place become a truckers’ and bikers’ stop? I love those stops, just don’t realize this was one! I’ll let my friends know!
This Tim Hortons location is amazing. Shout out to their amazing staff. I come here almost every day as i work at the mall and the staff is always friendly and fast with service. The food and drink are always good and come out fast. I know their staff has to tolerate some difficult encounters and i’ve seen them to an amazing job of handling everything.
