Please call attention to this employee in tim hortons in market mall...i was simply ask for ketchup but he rudely answer me that there was a ketchup on the bin.but i replied thats why i ask for ketchup because its already empty...and he replied unprofessionaly saying i dont know that is empty...so after he filled up the ketchup i told also i am sorry if i offend you and he said yes im a little bit offended...funny it seems i did something wrong where in fact their job is to refill a ketchup...easy that way...i guess this guy NAMED SHANE.

Gulfam went above and beyond for my friends and I. Made fresh batch of bagels and made it exactly how its supposed to me unlike other locations. Loved the food and atmosphere.

Very poor customer service. I waited for 15 minutes for my food. No one called my name, and I was ignored by the staff at Tim’s. My food was cold by the time I received it. The staff member simply placed the food on the counter without calling my name or any receipt.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim’s location. The staff were extremely rude and impolite. If they cannot manage stress, then they should not be treating customers this way. I only asked a simple question, and the response I received was very rude and unprofessional.

The cashier seemed new and was trying her best, but the other staff members did not support her at all. Overall, very poor customer service. I hope management addresses this behaviour and improves the experience for customers

Man at the counter heard “decaf” when I ordered dark roast. The man felt the need two tell me more than once that I ordered decaf. Super unprofessional!!!

There is a guy working named as Vince that a black guy he has been very impolite and unprofessional to me
I just asked excused me to the other associate on the different billing computer and that guy just yelled at me as if I’m someone who is begging.
I have seen many times locations but never seen an unprofessional guy like him.
This guy was approximately treating everyone like the same.
He should not continue to work with Tim Hortons anymore.
He also yelled and asked me to leave from the Tim.
He have no right to do this. This guy should be terminated from the job to maintain dignity and well being of the outlet
