Went in for a beagle breakfast sandwich. They gave me a beagle with cream cheese instead while being charged for a sandwich, and said they were out of the thing to make a sandwich. Then refused to offer a refund because “I already got my food”. Thank god for the a&w down the street.

The staff were okay. But we go ignored for 20minutes, well they stood around and did nothing, staring. I got my food gross, cold and disgusting ? don’t get the grilled cheese it was rough.

Service was absolutely horrible, the young lady that took my order put the wrong drink in my order. I asked for the other flavour like I previously said, and she made me pay for a whole entire other drink saying I said my order wrong. Then proceeded to give me attitude cause she messed up my order and all I asked was for the drink I originally asked for. Horrible, if u are going to be at the drive through treat people with respect especially your customers.

Drive thru today 7:45 a.m. for 1 croissant, 1 oreo and 1 caramel cookie. Opened later to find croissant, oreo cookie and a carrot walnut muffin! No receipt as requested, no napkins and unable to eat walnuts. Definate communication issues with drive thru staff. Done with this location and all Tim's for similar reasons.
