I went to Tim Hortons Braeside and ordered a medium coffee double double. The original blend has its own unique taste and freshly brewed. I tried their best seller sandwich which is the Turkey bacon club and I paired it with Boston cream donut. It was so good and I will order it again. What I love about Tims Braeside is that they always serve fresh products. I would say that this branch of Tim Hortons have lots of customers in line every day especially in the morning. The dining area was so clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staffs are fast and friendly. They are really good at handling customers and their top priority is delivering guest satisfaction. Will surely visit this place again!

The chicken soup has not been very good the last 2 or 3 times , it taste overcooked the chicken is dried out.The breakfast sandwiches are alright. The staff seems to work hard,but the floors do not appear to be cleaned enough. Today they were full of crumbs,the last time I was here there was dried up mud all over the restaurant They used to keep it much cleaner.. I mentioned it to a staff member when I was leaving.

I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. They are all nice and approachable. Always smiling even the bakers. I am a regular here and I want to commend the overall service: good people, fast and accurate service, doughnuts are freshly baked and coffees are hot and freshly brewed.

I gave this place a 1 star over 2 years ago and today it still holds true, usually the issue is the front part, the front is extremely slow and they don't get any support to offset this speed. You can see them take 1 customer per 5 mins, so if there is a lineup you can be waiting for a while. A handful of people got tired of eating and slowly one after another leaves the line, including myself.

I love this location very much. The dining room is always neat and clean, and not only that, but the staffs there are always so nice, and if they see you waiting for your order, they always reassure you that the food/drink is coming. Kysha is very fast and is sooo friendly. Also, Jean is always smiling and is so pleasant. If you've got questions, they always answer you with a smile, and these people are polite. Also, I'd love to post a picture of my food, but it's already in my stomach.
